of leadership. I believe this is one that everyone knows of how some people deal with it. I remember when I was young I saw my leaders and I thought they were awesome and I wanted to become like them. I didnt understand that being a leader took so much more work. I just wanted to look good and have a position and have a title. I didnt know that being a leader would be an example; I just thought you demanded people and made them do things. Leadership is something that can defiantly be tough and there is room to teach people and make them better leaders. It also talks about leaders that are limited in what they do. Sometimes we wonder why people such as leaders dont go anywhere with their leadership and its because they are limited in what they do. Some leaders dont see that they are called to do so much more so they just stay doing the same thing for years and never get anywhere. Now there is a leader that basically forms himself even though they dont know theyve been called for the ministry and that a mistake that a lot of people do because they just sometimes do it for the income. Now some are called for just a while and only when theyre in need and that isnt bad because God likes when you are willing to do anything for the kingdom. We also see the leader that has been called and know exactly what God wants and listens to what God wants him to do next. I love seeing leaders like that because it shows you that there is a person out there that are connected to God and hear his voice. Leaders like this always understand what God is trying to do within us. I love that and it reminds me that God is always after us and wants to know how far we will go for him.

One thing that Maxwell says is it doesnt matter how hard you work, but how smart you work. I think this is amazing because a lot of the time we see it that people are doing a lot of stuff and we even see it at our local church. People always want to help serve and help in any way possible and they trying doing everything fast with all the energy they have but if they dont work smart and have a way to do thing then that only can go so far. I believe that specially as Christian we should think about how were going to work and have a plan to do thing. I mean we even see that the people in the work have everything very organized and they do thing very smart and they dont even have a purpose and we as the church should learn to discipline ourselves and do things the right way. Integrity is something very important in leadership. If you are not integrity with God and want God to use you then dont expect anything in returned. God will use you when you are all in and your only focus is on him. God wont do anything in your life if you dont connect with him. Sometimes people wonder why theyre in the same place and why God hasnt done anything in their lives and its because we dont connect with him. Integrity is being disciple and letting God take controlled of your life. We have to be all in and really be Gods so he can use us and when you do that God see that you want him, not only to serve but you are being discipline in who we are in God. I mean it becomes about him and not us. It becomes about what God is going to do and where we stand in understanding that. We see that now in days people want to be leaders and not have a connection with God but just because they know how to talk and they sound good that they will do so good but we see that so many fall because they are not rooted in Christ. We have to have this close relationship with God. It is something we can just walk and do whatever we want because we wont do anything good and it wont take us anywhere. Churches have the capacity to grow but

when we have leaders that dont put this stuff to practice and just dont care, nothing ever happens. I really believe that sometimes this is the reason why people get lost; I mean yeah its something we all have to work on but that doesnt help us go anywhere. Ive known my pastors since I was a little kid and they have help me out so much. The way they are, its obvious they are so connected to God. Because of the way they are they have help me out when vie really need it. When you are going on a spiritual battle and you need help, its always good to go to your pastors and ask for help. They should be connected so they can guide you. If there is a pastor that isnt connected, I do believe they wont get anywhere. There have been times where I dont feel like in getting anywhere and I wonder where God will take me. People have come up to me and they need my help but I dont know what do or say and its because I am nor discipline and I dont know what God whats to say because I havent talk to him or ask him for help in that area. You will never be able to talk or help someone unless God is doing it first. And thats where we get stuck because we sometimes think its in our hands but its not. Only God can do something amazing and crazy good like that. If you want leaders that will make it big, you need leaders that will always pursue it and never get tired of going after it and wanting more. You cant be a leader and not think you will go places. In our mind we have to believe that with God on our side he will take us places and he will do something good with the people around us. We have to see every person in our youth or member and believe that they are going places and will do well. That the expectation is so much higher and that even if the leader doesnt go anywhere they will. Theres an environment that has to be placed and if the environment right on point then something big is about to go down. Now if you really want to know you have a great leader then that means that if you are ever going through anything, your leader will know what to do and help u out.

There have been times where my pastors have come up to me and play and its like they knew what I had been asking for and praying. Like if they heard me talking in my room and wanting answers. The Holy Spirit touches them and that where you can tell that they are connected with God because they dont need to go and ask you but the Holy Spirit does that. The Holy Spirit is sure to answer that question or prayer and let you know how it is. Now this is why it is very important for leaders to be ready and prepare. What if the leader wasnt connected with God, the church wouldnt be getting anything from it and God wants to show people hes there and that he will always have an answer. Even though we see that there is integrity, I would love for authors to talk about being very calm but also involve with the subject of how we conduct ourselves. Now we know that a very important thing as a leader is to be connected with God and know what he wants to do. Sometimes I feel like we forget that with the procession we have we can do so much. For example, I recently went to our church youth camp and it was one of the best experiences Ive had in a long time. Especially because its from my local church and in a part of it. One thing that really stood out was how my leaders were and how they show themselves. Now they are very spiritual people but they also know how to have fun. Camp is about connecting and you would think that there would be no room for fun and jokes but camp had a lot of that this year. We had a lot of new people and when they would see that we like to have fun and joke around, they didnt feel so left out. A lot of them even said that they saw Jesus in us and it wasnt only because we talk about God but because of the way we were. Sometimes I feel like authors dont remind people that we just have to be ourselves and have fun. We cant always act like we are perfect and its all about acting like were Christians. When we welcome people inn and show them who

God is in us, we are showing Gods love and they get attractive by that. I believe Good leaders are those that dont go showing off about the title they have but how they act and how they conduct themselves. I am pretty sure Jesus wasnt always serious. Im sure he was a fun person to be with and sometimes we want to be serious and thats how we push people away.
