PREFACE
Management thesis provides an opportunity to the MBA students to apply their theoritical and practical concepts, which they have been studying in the business school to the practicle world. As we all know that practicle world is far different than the theoritical, every MBA student is required to acquire both theoritical as well as practicle knowledge in order to survive the increasing competition in the field of management. The period of management thesis is very important for a student, as he has to work in the market for the thesis and he has to do some survey for finding actual production position in the market. As my area of interst from beginning is education and awareness towards their rights and duties, interested, to undergo my topic in area of consumer awareness towards their rights, duties and to know how to redress for any greviance occurs. At present due to campaign like Jago Grahak Jago the awareness level has increased but due to more competition in the market consumers are still cheated by the seller so this project will help to know the level of their awareness and how should awareness should be created with the help of some interesting findings and suggestions.
