MISSION STATEMENT:-

• To provide a friendly, comfortable atmosphere where the customer can receive quality
food, coffee, services and entertainment at a reasonable price.

PURPOSE OF BUSINESS:-

• The purpose of a business is to create a customer.(primarily)

• To capture the large market in coffee business with the new taste of coffee.

OBJECTIVE OF THE BUSINESS:-

• To become the one of the ‘MOST PREFERRED’ Café in the area.

• To capture the larger parts of country in short period of time.

FINANCE:-
The finance manager will take care after the financial dealings and day to day transactions
taking place and payments & receipts from the other companies or payment to the suppliers.

FOOD & BEVERAGES:-


The food & beverages manager will look after the material and quality of the products that we
are giving to the customer and coordinating with the waiters to see that all the customers are
taken equal care of.

MARKETING:-
The marketing manager has to work for the brand building of the company and build the
goodwill by advertising with the correct medium, at the correct place, on the correct time, and
to the correct people.

HUMAN RESOURCE:-
The human resource manager will coordinate with training manager and administrator to help
recruit the correct people with prescribed attributes and train them to perfection.
