MARKETING:-
The marketing manager has to work for the brand building of the company and build the
goodwill by advertising with the correct medium, at the correct place, on the correct time, and
to the correct people.
HUMAN RESOURCE:-
The human resource manager will coordinate with training manager and administrator to help
recruit the correct people with prescribed attributes and train them to perfection.

effective execution of company’s objectives
2. Direct and control the group to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and are
working towards the achievement of all corporate objectives
3. Appropriately direct resources to keep the company ahead of its competitors

Experience Should have worked in similar capacity in a well reputed coffee company with turnover
in excess of 10 crores.
