The Daniel Plan: 40 Days to a Healthier Life This study is more than a
diet plan. It is an appetizing approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle where people are encouraged to get healthier together by optimizing the key five essentials of faith, food, fitness, focus, and friends. Find out more at www.danielplan.com. We will start the 6-session class on Sunday, March 2 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. and it will run through Sunday, April 6. The workbook is $12.00. There are additional, optional elements to the plan such as a book, journal and recipe book. You can purchase the additional elements on the website listed above, or online from other sources. We will have workbooks available for those who register for the class.
