REMOTE USER INTERFACE FOR MICROSOL II PLUS

Ver.02

1. DESCRIPTION
Wall-Fi is an interface intended to be used together with Microsol II plus from version 2. It enables easy and quick remote access to all Microsol II plus information and setup.

3. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

6.1 Auxiliary 1 setpoint


This function allows adjusting the control temperature for auxiliary output 1.

This function allows adjusting the control temperature for auxiliary output 2.

4. MAIN SCREEN
The figure below shows the main screen of Wall-Fi with the system in operation. Preferential indication description

6.3 Sensor 2 overheating temperature


This function allows adjusting the overheating temperature for sensor 2. When applied to swimming pools this is the limit temperature of the water (comfort temperature)

Preferential indication value 5. FUNCTION MENU The function menu allows configuring Microsol II plus controller functions remotely. To access the function menu press and keys simultaneously for two seconds until the functions are shown in the display. To access any function and confirm the value press ; to go back to the previous menu or to leave any function without confirming press . The following options are available in the function menu:

6.4 Water pump operating mode


This function allows adjusting the manual operating mode of the water pump.

6.5 Auxiliary 1 manual mode enable


The operating mode of the auxiliary 1 output can be toggled between manual and automatic by pressing on this function.

6.6 Auxiliary 2 manual mode enable


The operating mode of the auxiliary 2 output can be toggled between manual and automatic by pressing on this function. Note: This option will be only available when the remote Microsol II plus is version 03.

7. ACCESS MENU FOR ADJUSTING THE CONNECTION


Upon accessing the quick access menu while Wall-Fi is not connected to remote Microsol II plus, the user will have two functions available for adjusting the address of remote Microsol II plus:

7.1 Remote Microsol II plus address
The address of remote Microsol II plus controller can be manually adjusted by entering this function. The value of this function must be the same value configured in remote Microsol II plus.

The access code 123 must be entered in this screen to enable changing functions of remote Microsol II plus controller. To enter the code press on the message and adjust the value that will be blinking on the display. Press again to confirm; to cancel and go back press .

5.2 Functions
In this screen all functions of remote Microsol II plus can be adjusted. To make changes press on the desired function and enter the value that will be blinking on the display. Press again to confirm the new value; to cancel and go back press . Function description

7.2 Search remote Microsol II plus


Pressing on this function makes Wall-Fi start searching for remote Microsol II plus address automatically. Enter the quick access menu again to stop the automatic search.

8. SETUP MENU
The operating characteristics of Wall-Fi can be adjusted through the setup menu. To access the function menu press and keys simultaneously for eight seconds until the functions are shown in the display. The following options are available in the setup menu:

5.4 Event scheduling


The schedule of the remote instrument can be viewed and changed by accessing this function with the key . To inform or change the configuration press on the option corresponding to the event and day of the week. Adjust the time of beginning and end of the event using the and keys, press to confirm the new value; to cancel and go back press . To go back or to leave the options press at any time. Day of week

This function allows to manually adjusting the address of the remote Microsol II plus controller. The value set for this function should be the same value set on the remote Microsol II plus.

8.3 Descriptions 6. QUICK ACCESS MENU


The quick access menu allows configuring the setpoints of supports 1 and 2, as well as the manual operating modes and the overheating temperature for sensor 1. To access this menu, press shortly while Wall-Fi main screen is displayed. To access any function and confirm the value press ; to go Allows to adjust the remote Microsol II plus sensors display message. The message selected will be used on the Wall-Fi main screen to indicate which temperature is being displayed.

8.4 Timeouts

Using Wi-FG routers

8.5 RF Config
This function allows adjusting the wireless network address and channel. First, place the Slave FG-Wi Converter (which is connected to the remote Microsol II plus) into setup mode. To perform this operation, just set to its lower position the switch located on the converter rear panel, and wait until the led starts flashing. Press the key in the Wall-Fi function, enter the network address, and channel values. Confirm both values by pressing . After the channel confirmation, the Wall-Fi will start sending the configuration. Confirm that both TX and RX leds remain lit on the Slave FG-Wi. This indicates that the device correctly received the configuration. Then, set its switch to the normal operation position. After this procedure, press in the Wall-Fi, so it returns to the setup menu.

8.6 Router Add


This function allows individually configuring the routers addresses and channels, if FG-Wi Router units are used in the wireless network. To perform this operation, first set the switch of the respective FG-Wi Router to the configuration mode and wait until the led starts flashing. Then, enter in the Wall-Fi function and select the address to be used by the router and confirm it by pressing . The Wall-Fi will send the configuration command for the FG-Wi Router, and its correct receiving may be confirmed when the led remains lit on the router. After verifying that the FG-Wi Router correctly received the address, set its switch back to the normal operation position.

8.7 Routes
This function allows individually configuring the route (path) through the routers (FG-Wi Router units) that the wireless communication will follow, to reach the Slave FG-Wi connected to the remote Microsol II plus. When accessing this function, it should be entered the addresses of the routers that make up the route from the Wall-Fi to the Slave FG-Wi. A maximum of 16 FG-Wi Router units can be used per route. If no router is used on the network, all the routes should be configured with the "Off" setting.

8.8 Statistics
This function allows viewing on-screen statistics on wireless communication, by displaying the number of errors in requesting data from the remote Microsol II plus (Scan Err) and the number of errors in sending functions (Rx Err).

9. Other views
Pressing the key repeatedly you can view other information from the remote Microsol II plus. The selected visualization will remain on the display for 10 seconds and after this time it will return to the main screen. The options available are:
