OPERATING GUIDELINES
Afterusingtheunit: 1. After reworking, turn the air volume to max (99) and the temperaturetothelowestsettings. 2. Lettheunitstemperaturereach99onthedisplayorcoolenough totouchbeforeturning off the unit, thisisto protecttheheating elementfromwearingouttooearly. 3. TurnthePowerSwitchoff

ReplacingtheHeatingElement 1. Remove the screwslocatedonthebaseofthenozzle. 2. Slide outthe nozzle. 3. Detachheatingelementfromitssocket. 4. Placethenewheatingelementtothesocket.. Caution: Handle heating elements with care. Never rub the heating elementswire, 5. AssembletheHandleinthereverseorderofdisassembly. 6. Checkallconnectionsproperly. Note: For 8032A++ the heating element's thermal sensor are the red and blue wires , The two wires should have the same position arrangementastheoldheatingelement. if the position of the red and blue wire is not the same , detach these two wire and rearrange so that it is the same as the old heatingelement.

OPERATING GUIDELINES
ToRemoveSMDICs: 1. Plugthepowercordintothepowersupply. 2. Turnthepowerswitchon. 3. Displaywillshowthecurrenttemperature, pressingtheupanddown temperature settings button will switch the display to the set temperature, after a few seconds it would revert back to displaying theactualtemperature. 4. Whentheairflowisadjustedthedisplaywillshowthesetairflow,it wouldrevertbacktotheactualtemperatureafterafewseconds. 5. Adjust the air flow and temperature , wait for the temperature to stabilizefor30to60seconds. 6. For your reference, we recommend you to adjust the temperature around 300 to 350 (For 8032 see reference figure ), and an air pressureofaround1530(For8032setto13). 7. HoldtheunitsothatthenozzleislocatedovertheIC.Movearound theleadsoftheICuntilthesoldermelts. 8. PickuptheICusingavacuumpickuppenortweezers 9. AllowICsandPCBtocooldown. ToSolderSMDICs: 1. ApplysolderpastetothePCB. 2. Carefully place the IC on the PCB, use tweezers to properly align thelegsoftheICtoleadsatthePCB. 3. PreheatPCBandICtogether, useapreheaterforbestresults. 4. WaitforthePCBtemperaturetoreach180degreesCelsius. 5. Turnontheunitandsettheairpressureto15(For8032setto13). 6. Sethotairtemperatureto350. 7. PositionthenozzleontopoftheICleads,HeatICsleadsevenly. 8. Wait for the solder paste to be activated and meld the IC with the PCB.
