CAPACITY AS A SUCCESSFUL MANAGER

I am a team man, I have been conducting various assignments and training in the areas of
and successfully guided as well as supervised more than 15 projects in the areas of Quality,
energy, OHSAS and environment management system.

My current profession seeks effective skill sets of communication, presentation and

reporting. Present job also requires high amount persuasion skills for implementation
oriented. As a team leader I need to explore new business area along with development of
consultancy methodology and courseware for the training programmes.

My good communicating skills which I gathered over these 10 years of experience as a plant
engineer as well as a trainer and a successful consultant helps me in getting very well along
with the people and to run administration efficiently with optimum available resources to
generate maximum output, I feel is my biggest potential. Accommodating suitably to adverse
situation is my highest capacity through which I feel I can always be a successful Manager.
