Living in this modern society leads to unhealthy lifestyle especially people who live in urban area because of the rapid development in this area. This kind of lifestyle including every aspect of life such as bad eating habit, the long period of working hours, the higher expenses and cost of living and so on. Therefore, they are getting some serious health problems and illness such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, stress and many mores. So, people start to concern about their health and searching for the best way to protect their bodies and minds. Nowadays, everybody talking and promoting a healthy lifestyle because they are believe that a healthy body will leads to a healthy mind. This is a very popular concept in order to change the bad to a good habit. Malaysia is one of the countries in Asia which facing the problem of obesity and overweight among the citizens. The number of patients has increasing rapidly due to the bad eating habit and lifestyle. The basic rule to have a healthy body is doing a regular exercise. A regular exercise consists of at least 30 minutes per session for five days per week. Doing an exercise is the best way to burn our calories and fats. Besides, this activity offers many benefits such as can relieve stress, create a good relationship among family members, spending quality time with kids, and educate the children about the important of being healthy and others. The experts also suggest doing an exercise as a quick and easy way in losing weight. Besides, we have to pay attention to our eating habit in order to have a healthy body. There is a saying says we are what we eat. There is lots of foods which identified as unhealthy but popular among people such as fast foods. A bad eating habit is known as a major factor which contribute to many health problems especially obesity. In order to maintain healthy, we should eat more green foods in our daily meals and taking at least 8 glasses of plain water. In Islamic perspective, looking for halal and eating healthy food is compulsory for every Muslim. Meanwhile, we have to keep our mind in good condition too. There are many cases in our society due to mental health problem such as suicide, homicide, child abuse, hypertension and other social problems. As a Muslim, we have to keep our close relationship with our Creator by performing five daily prayers which is the best way to stay calm and healthy person.

Another cause of mind problems comes from stress. Today, many people were attacked by stress in different states such as stress in workplace, poor relationship among family members or spouses and others. Stress cannot be avoided but can be reduced by managing it correctly. Taking a holiday or family trip is good to release the tension. Choose any favourite places to spend time with family and enjoy the sweet moments together. In conclusion, there are many ways to create a good living in order to have healthy mind and body. The most important is to keep the awareness of being healthy and be ready to change our daily habit for a better life.
