What is Personal Care?


Personal care emphasizes individual dignity, autonomy and privacy in the least restrictive environment. Our services t the needs of those who do not require hospitalization or nursing home care.

Requirements for Admission


Applicant must be 60 years of age or older. Complete application including basic nancial, personal and health information Applicant must maintain Medicare, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, 60 Special or other similar coverage. Residents must undergo a physical examination prior to admittance, then annually thereafter. Residents must pay all drug, medical, and doctor bills. We request that funeral and burial arrangements be made prior to admittance and that we be provided with a copy of such plans. Applicants must complete a nancial disclosure and show evidence of the ability to privately pay for no less than 36 months
