Summary There are three papers referred for the early childhood development subject which can be summarized as below: Active Implementation framework for program success by Allison Metz and Leah Bartley

Science related with the evidence gathering for the program and practice for the early childhood development has improved significantly and as a result of the same it has become easy to measure the success of such programs. Present essay highlights an important fact where in implementation science and evidence gathering science can jointly remove the practice to implementation gap for the early childhood development. Present study outlines four important frameworks which are implementation stage, driver for implementation, policy-practice feedback loop and support for implementation from experts. Early childhood education and development in poor villages of Indonesia by Amer Hasan, Mailou Hyson and Mae Chu Chang Present study has been carried out for the poor villages in Indonesia and provides the level of educational, physical and mental development at early childhood stage for the children (Ackerman, 2004). Present paper assesses the need for the poor children at early childhood stage for complete development and defining the policy regime in order to ensure that children are getting proper resources for the early childhood development. Reaction First paper for active implementation framework seems a scientific research paper giving accurate measurement and deep research pertaining to area of research. Scientific research for the paper has been named as it provides the proper measurement tools & process for the children development program. In addition to the measurement current paper offers a joint effort in order to eradicate gap between research and practice with the help of scientific research (Kotchabhakdi, 1988). Scientific research has been done by the author in terms of selecting accurate target group on which entire research is based and two different sample units have been selected and deep research has been carried out so as to make accurate measurements for the success factor for the early childhood development. Hence overall it can be said that present paper offers methodical approach for measuring success of implementation program into scientific way. Second paper gives a specific evaluation researching deep into statistics and trend into the rural places in Indonesia. Specific evaluation for the paper has been done wherein with the help of
