We have quoted for capacitor bank as per the specification and following are the point wise comments / deviations:Clause No. of Specification 4.0 11.0 18.0 Our Comments Please note that capacitors offered by us are suitable for temperature category of 50 Deg C. as against 60 Deg asked by in specification. As desired, we have included six nos. of spare HRC fuses in our scope and price of same has been considered in price of APFC panel. Ammeter with selector switch shall be provided in C&R panel of VCB which is not in our scope and therefore same has not been considered in ACU. APFC relay has a provision of showing ON/OFF status of capacitor banks and therefore separate indicating lamps are not considered. Control equipments and associate circuitry shall be suitable for ambient temperature range of 0 to 50 Deg. C. These clauses calls for use of outdoor type Capacitor switches with mechanical indicators, porcelain bushings etc to be used whereas clause No. 43 calls for use of Vacuum contactors. We note that asked APFC system is Pad mounted, we have therefore considered vacuum contactors for switch purpose and accordingly we are commenting relevant clauses. Clause No. 33.3 to 33.6 are not applicable for vacuum contactors. Offered vacuum contactors are suitable for switching of capacitive current of 400 A, Operating mechanism of Vacuum contactor shall be solenoid operated. Mechanical & Electrical endurance mentioned in specification shall be at 200 A capacitive current at low voltage. We have quoted for outdoor type 11KV,630 Amps, double break off load type , triple pole, gang operated, with earth switch Isolator & 9kV, 5 kA station class lightning arrestors a/w elevating frames . We have not quoted for VCBs, same shall be provided by you. We have offered for lightning arrestor as mentioned above sr no.9 We have not quoted for 11 kV HT XLPE cable, Cable jointing kits, control cables in our scope of supply.

Dust Filters are provided to avoid ingress of dust & vermin inside the Panel. Drawings : We shall provide three sets of GA and internal wiring diagrams. Test Certificates : We shall provide test certificates of the panel as well as the major components. Power Cable: Power Cable for connecting the APFC Panels to the electrical system ( HT Panel/ Transformer) shall be supplied by the Customer.
