OBIEE Senior Developer Job Description: Responsibilities include understanding BI requirements, architecture design, development of reports and dashboards

using OBIEE for new custom BI project and existing BIAPPS. This is a technical position providing hands-on delivery role, working with the cross-functional teams, while ensuring excellent cross functional relationship. Job Details: Responsible for end to end design, coding, testing, review and implementation using OBIEE 11g and Informatica 9.5/8.6 Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization or enhancement of existing processes. Partner with engineering leads and architects to define & coordinate technical design. Design and code reviews to ensure standards and quality level for the build Prepare technical documentations on the deliverables Performance tuning of OBIEE reports to meet SLA Identify, define and implement best practices for process improvements for SDLC management Experiences: Must have 8+ years of experience using OBIEE. Must have at least 1 year of working experience in OBIEE 11g. Working experience with BIAPPS is a big plus. Solid working skills in Oracle RDBMS, SQL with db design considering performance and SLA. Strong design skills with a proven track record of success on large/highly complex projects preferably in the area of Enterprise Apps and Integration. Must have the ability to communicate technical issues and observations. Must have experience in cross functional domain and end to end knowledge of business and technology. Technical and functional knowledge in Oracle EBS & Siebel CRM are preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate & work with fellow team members and other functional team members to coordinate & meet deliverables. Must be a team player with strong inter-personal skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to escalate issues in a timely manner. Excellent written, verbal, presentation & documentation skills to foster clarity and predictability. Must be able to effectively communicate with people at different levels including customers, vendors, management, technical stake holders, developers etc.
