Please contact the hotel directly as soon as possible to reserve your room. 5 rooms reserved for early arrivals (July 10th if interested), and 15 additional rooms for July 11th, 12th -- total of 20 rooms reserved. The group rate is $99.00 per night plus tax which will be $112.86 per night This price includes breakfast for two people; there is an additional breakfast fee for additional people in your room (if you desire to eat breakfast served by the hotel). The regular price for summer time rates including taxes is $192.66 per night because of the high demand in Atlanta. Therefore it is urgent that you book your room as soon as possible to get the group rate. JULY 11th FRIDAY 6:00-9:00 p.m. Hospitality Suite Atlanta Marriott Hotel (We will distribute T-shirts at this time) JULY 12th SATURDAY -9:00-1:00 pm. Atlanta tour at the Martin Luther King Center in downtown Atlanta. Lunch (on our own) at a downtown local restaurant. We will wear our family T-shirts; T-Shirt price is inclusive in the above fee. 2:00- 5:00 Free time to do the following, some choices are: 1. Young cousins time at the Childrens Museum of Atlanta. Fun and games (arrangements in process) 2. Return to hotel to rest or swim or exercise etc. 3. You may be interested in shopping at our local Cumberland Mall which is only 1 mile away from the hotel and the hotel does have shuttle service to take you to and fro. 6:00 to 10::00 Banquet/ Program and line dancing Attire casual to business casual This will be a sit down plated dinner. The hotel will charge for each plate served so it is important that we receive your reservation as soon as possible for an accurate count. The menu will consist of three choices: 1. Chicken dinner includes Chicken two veggies one starch one drink probably tea or lemonade and desert 2. Veggie dinner includes 3 three veggies 1 starch drink and desert 3. Childs plate chicken fingers and veggie, starch and desert. (This is only for children ages 3 to 10) If your child is between ages 3 to 10 years old, and you wish for them to have a regular adult plate the cost will be 60.00 for your child (vs) $45.00 please consider this as you calculate your fees for your family. JULY 13th Sunday Church service with the Atlanta family at World Changers Church with Pastor Creflo Dollar. Service time is 10:00 am. If you would like to go to church and need to check out the hotel on Sunday, just let me know and we will make arrangement to accommodate those who need it. The church is located close to the airport and Phyllis and I both live close to the airport. Reunion Fees: $60.00 includes banquet on Saturday at the hotel, T-Shirt, Atlanta souvenir/certificates, additional food as needed for hospitality evening, extra transportation if needed (etc. tour), and misc.
