One team- In one of my previous !o" as a cleaner, I was promoted to supervisor due to my hardworking and consistency level. In my first month review, I managed to achieve a #$% score in the &.. I "elieve I managed to achieve such positive score due

to my good leadership and teamwork skills. 'aving taken part in many group pro!ects at university, I knew that to get a good !o" done I needed to make sure that there was a high morale and cohesion in the group. Previous supervisors would !ust sit and have a tea and go a"out their "usiness while the cleaners did the work, in the other hand I helped them and made sure I was involved in the work as they were. By engaging in the work not only (E achieved to get more work done on the day, "ut I created a "etter group cohesion. )his was also reflected in the attendance time and time-keeping of workforce, as they were less under pressure and the work environment was friendlier.
