Work Experience Currently Working

Dec 2012 - Present. Worked on Airtel 3G Project in UP circle I am working as a DT Engineer in Lucknow Circle.

Responsibilities:
To perform Drive Test for 3G/UMTS/HSDPA Services by using TEMS 10.0.5. To perform Cluster Drive and Post Processing of Log Files. Post Processing and analyzing call drops, call setup failure and coverage holes. Perform Walk Test for Malls & Perform Freeway Drive bimonthly Verifying Lat-Long of the Site, Checking Feeder and Sector Swap, Rectifying Wrong Azimuths and giving Proper mechanical Tilts. Checking Defined handovers and defining new handovers while working in the field. Proposal & Survey of Site in Order to maintain GOS & Coverage Finalizing the Tower Locations, Antenna height & orientation.

Previously Working
April 2012 - Dec 2012 M.K Electronics Pvt Ltd, Noida. I was working as a Trainee Engineer for past Nine months.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for electrical and mechanical work on Drives Panels; Custom built panels; Power Regulator for resistive as well as inductive loads; Mosfet Based Battery charger; Made regular inspections of operation; Responsible for trouble shooting of faults; Responsible to execute repair jobs major or minor; Guided the technical staff for their daily assignments;
