INFORMATION
The undersigned assistant city Prosecutor of Lucena City accuses Atty. Sir Chief, Jinggoy, Juan and Joaquin of the Crime of Robbery, defined and punishable under Art. 293 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows: That on or about the ____ of __________, 20__, at around 5 oclock in the afternoon, in the City of Lucena, Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, conspiring and confederating together and helping one another, Atty. Sir Chief as the principal by inducement and Jinggoy, Juan and Juaquin as the principal by direct participation, did then and there and wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously, and by means force upon things to wit: proceeding through an opening not intended for entrance or egress in the dwelling place of Maya, a 40 year old beautiful widow and said accused next door neighbour, while the latter was out for a mass on the said date above. After their entry thereof, wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously with intent to gain and against the consent of Maya, took thereof and carted away about 10 trays of jewelry from the walk-in safe in the room of the same. That the crime was aggravated thru the following

circumstances: by the time of commission, which on nighttime;

and by consideration of a promise of 20% each share of the proceeds of the burglary.
