SUMMARY PROFILE

Poorvi is the founder and managing partner of LawQuest a business and immigration law firm head
quartered in Mumbai, with offices is Bengaluru and New York and affiliated offices in Miami and
Washington DC. She heads the global immigration practice for the Global Migration Law Group.

Poorvi's practice has been focussed on immigration law since 2003. This coupled with more
than 25 years of experience in dispute resolution, corporate and commercial laws enable her to
provide holistic legal counsel to LawQuest's clients.

She has worked closely with large, local and international clients, including renowned
international consulting firms, Indian and American banks and investor relations companies,
multi-jurisdictional business processing companies, pharmaceutical and health product
organizations to name a few, helping them achieve their business goals in India and abroad.

Poorvi serves as Vice-Chair of the India Committee and is the Vice-Chair of the Immigration &
Nationality Committee, both of which are a part of the Section of International Law, the
American Bar Association (ABA). She was president of The American Alumni Association,
Mumbai (2008-2010), the convener of the Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF), Mumbai Chapter
and a founding member of the New York State Bar Association's (NYSBA) India Chapter. As a
member on the board of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce's, National and Western
Regions' executive committees, she is actively involved in cross-border work between the two
countries. She is part of the Steering Group of American Immigration Lawyers Association's
(AILA) Global Migration Section and has served as conference chair for the section's Global
Migration Forums in 2012 and 2013.

Additionally, Poorvi is often quoted in the Economic Times, India's leading business daily and
on radio, CNBC-TV 18 and Zee Business News. She regularly speaks at events organized by
leading national and international organizations. Poorvi is an Associate Editor of the India Law
News (ILN), a quarterly publication by the International Section of the ABA. She regularly
publishes articles in prominent national and international law and business journals. (Poorvi has
been nominated, amongst the world's leading private practice lawyers in Who's Who Legal
each year since 2009.) Poorvi was nominated for the prestigious ICICI-CNBC TV 18 Emerging
India Awards as Women Entrepreneur of the Year SME for 2013.

Poorvi is actively involved in fund raising activities for education related charities and under her

SUMMARY PROFILE

Pooja has more than 10 years of experience in litigation, corporate and Intellectual
Property Rights (IPR). Prior to joining LawQuest, she was a Partner at Legal Curators.

She has gained prior experience at large, national, international law firms, including
renowned firms such as Martin F. McMahon & Associates, Washington DC, USA which is
the first law firm to file a criminal case against the Government of Syria in the USA. She
has also worked with Barkats & Associates, Washington DC, USA.

Pooja, skilled in Trademark and Copyright Prosecution, Intellectual Property (IP),
Software and Technology Licensing has extensive experience in IPR. She not only heads
the Intellectual Property at LawQuest, but additionally also handles Litigation,
Transaction Law and Corporate Law work at the firm.

Pooja is a visiting faculty at K.C. Law College and in Mumbai University for IPR and Law
of Contract. She is also the Executive Director of Global Vision India Foundation, a NGO
that works towards providing excellence in legal education and also holds the position of
counsel for ITAG, a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm. She is additionally in
charge of the IPR cell of Mumbai University.

She is a core team member for formulating the IP Policy for the Karnataka Government and

Vindu heads the Litigation Team at LawQuest and has an active practice in the High Court of
Bombay (Original and Appellate Sides) over the last seven years. He handles Constitutional

Manizeh focuses on Transaction and Immigration Law. She is routinely involved in advising on
Commercial Contracts as well as drafting Employment Contracts andAncillary

Non-compete Agreements. Manizeh, a key member of LawQuest's Global Immigration team, is
highly skilled in preparing non-immigrant visa petitions and applications for multi-national
