EPBuddy Team Leader is responsible for the GCDPo processes such as induction, matching and realization. S/he is working closely with VP GCDPo as his/hers functional coach. Upon the conclusion of the promotion for GCDPo ( Global Citizen ), its members will enter under EP Buddy Subaria and will work under the direct instruction of the EP Buddy Team Leader.

Finished timeline, set goals, vision of the team # number of trainings for the team # number of meeting with team members # number of team meetings, 100% outputs Filling the GCDPo MBO tool # number of arranged interviews; # number of conducted interviews # number of filled assessment sheets # number of filled tools #number of EPs Ra, EPs Ma, EPs Re # number of TNs # number of matched EPs # number of meetings with the next leader/ coordinator/ # number of made class shouts and # number of info desks attended # number of LCMs attended and other local initiatives
