CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS
Provide coaching and mentorship to Regional Sales Operation Managers, Territory Managers, and Franchisees improving relationships and agreement compliance by developing their ability to lead their teams both in the field and the classroom. Leadership of the Regional Sales Operations teams to exceed KPIs, volume and dollar targets, by 3% while at the same time reducing regional operating costs by 1%. Leadership and development of new business in a previously un-serviced territory in North Western Ontario. Created and developed the process to broker and negotiate the transfer / sales of 19 franchised business delivery routes in one year worth approximately $2.2M. Managed and monitored the entire process with minimal service disruption to the network. Introduced the first software system to aid in Direct Store Delivery route optimization, reducing the lead-time from weeks to days to create an efficient direct delivery system, reduced operation costs by 20%. Successfully rolled out a new standard franchise agreement to over 230 owners in Western Canada. Achieved over 95% conversion rate to new standard agreement that met the organization target for the franchise agreement providing both greater protection. As part of the organizational leadership team led the transition from a company operated Direct Store Delivery (DSD), structure to a franchised DSD model. This strategic move improved profitability as well as provided greater sales, product visibility, presentation and product fulfillment.

Increased sales by 3% in a flat market and reduced waste by 1%. Key Account Manager (1997-1999) Grew customer relationships and market share by influencing buyers to order products through their respective warehouses within the region. McGavin Foods Ltd.
