Operations in LSES have been halted since 5 Jan 2014. Through the ceasing of operations and the lack of instruction, organization in the Command Corps and inactivity, several individuals have resigned. LSES-01-04(Cpt. Meyer) EOW 01/07/2014 Cpt. Meyer resigns due to lack of morale in the Command Corps and no cohesion of responsibility and determination. Honorable service discharge. LSES-01-05(Cpt. Moss) EOW 01/17/2014 Cpt. Moss resigns due to lack of activity. LSES-02-03(Ofc. Iuliano) EOW 01/17/2014 Ofc. Iuliano resigns due to lack of activity and progress in the Command Corps. LSES-02-18(Ofc. Saulis) EOW 01/17/2014 Ofc. Saulis resigns due to lack of activity and progress in the Command Corps. Honorable service discharge. LSES-03-17(Sgt. Bowers) EOW 01/17/2014 Sgt. Bowers resigns due to lack of activity and progress in the Command Corps. LSES-01-01 will be, and has been since 5 Jan 2014, on leave indefinitely due to real world business and situations. I cannot express my apologies sufficiently about the misconduct, inactivity and member let-down that has taken place due to inactivity in the Command Corps that is my fault. I apologize for not granting you determined, hard-working, high-potential members, more-so friends, the activity, instruction, leadership and fun-times you deserve. Please know that I will always be a friend and a leader to you no matter what organization youre in, or the choices you make, or the status of LSES. You deserve much better from the last month, and Im glad many understand that our hands were tied before and things could not progress. Still, you had patience. Instruction was developed, and after many suspenses of actually starting training, it never came. Still, you had patience. Members resigned and belief in me or other Command Corps members of doing anything or progressing faded, and still, you had patience. You deserve nothing but the absolute best. I have never thought that this magnitude of professionalism, leadership, and overall fun times, was possible over the Internet. On a spreadsheet, you are personnel. For me, however, you are friends, colleagues, and the most original, determined, sociable people whose potential is so far over my expectations that I cant be more grateful. The statistics and demographics of the members in LSES, you guys, show many honorable and promising things such as: 80% of members in or will be in the military or some emergency service; 40% of members who are law enforcement officers, fire fighters, or EMTs; 100% of members being dedicated to doing their part, helping and leading others, and going beyond what is thought possible or necessary on just a game. You are real people who this will influence one way or another, and I hope Ive done my part to positively influence, inspire or c arry you on. I have not done my part or completed my duties of putting to effect the instruction, operations and countless tactics that have made us the best role-play organization on GTAV, and the only one left, as well. Our members, from LEOs, to EMTs, to CAP personnel have helped influence, develop and execute or instruction and tactics, and thanks to them, we are the best. Thanks to you, we are the best; you are the best. I cannot help the real world situations that I face that stop me from hard-work and the progress in LSES you deserve, and I suspect everyone knows that. You deserve better, you deserve what you expect and more, and more importantly, you deserve whats expected of me in my position as Chief who leads and operates with over 50 people. It is truly an honor that people, despite hard times and setbacks, still look up to me and the Command Corps, and keep their hope alive, while keeping others hope alive. Thank you. us going when every single other organization quit and threw in the towel because of GTA Online or many setbacks that even we have experienced. At the end of it all, its not about patrols or regulations or instruction, its about your impact and involvement on people and their dreams, and the pursuit of yours. To the dedicated in LSES, my friends, its a game but youve changed it into something more; do well, do well for others, do well for yourself and do well for the one chance you have at life.
