Bertam Security Services Sdn. Bhd. (BSS) is a private company

specializing in security management and services for institutions and
individuals. Incorporated in 8th August , 2000. BSS is a company
that provides a broad range of security related services to the
company’s esteemed clients.

We have set our goals on achieving a high reputation as an

established security and investigations organization, which you can
depend on in times of need. Our slogan is ‘Safety is our Priority‘.

TYPE OF SERVICES

BERTAM SECURITY SERVICES SDN. BHD. provides the following services

to corporate bodies, organizations, associations and selected household or
individuals.

Static Guard

Well trained and disciplined guards are placed at assignments for the
protection of clients property. A thorough security survey will be
conducted after which recommendation will be forwarded to the clients.

Private Investigation

Commercial Investigation - complete service in terms of investigation into

copyright, patent infringement, background screening of staff and etc.

Patrolling Service
Our patrolmen will carry out regular and periodical visits to the clients
premises and check to ensure safety.

Advisory Service

Our panels of security experts are available to evaluate requirements of

our client. Evaluation will include factors such as economics of the
security needs, geographical location, infrastructure and comprehensive
security requirement study. The study will also include security risk
analysis and its potential threats of intrusion and disaster. Proper security
system implemented after the study can greatly reduce and prevent loses
to our clients.
 Security Survey

Security surveys are done via site visits and investigations where a report
will be provided to our clientele as to the necessary measures to be taken
in terms of securing the premises against the incidences of burglaries.
Theft and fire in addition, recommendations would include security
equipment, security personnel and their deployment necessary in
maintaining security according to the budgets available.

Security System and Equipment

Our company is fully equipped with imported, up to date related

equipment.such as CCTV, security guards, check-in-system, fire detection
and security card system.

Central Monitoring System

Our Central Monitoring System (CMS) have the capability of monitoring

clients alarm system to detect any alarm crisis (Fire-Break-in – etc).
Trained personnel manning the CMS will immediately respond to the crisis
by alerting the relevant authorities.

Personnel Bodyguards

Plainclothes armed security personnel form the pool of bodyguards to

provide close contact protection to clients.
