Frost & Sullivan's Partner of Choice Awards 2005

Frost & Sullivan, a global growth consulting company, presented "Partner of Choice
2005" awards this year to the Custom Research and Manufacturing Service providers
who have shown prominence in their respective categories. These awards were presented
at a grand banquet held at the Renaissance Mumbai (India) on 1st October, 2005.

Frost & Sullivan Awards are presented to companies that demonstrate excellence in their
industry, commending diligence, commitment and innovative business strategies required
to advance in the global marketplace. Frost & Sullivan rigorously analyzes specific
criteria to determine award recipients in a variety of regional and global markets.

The methodology for determining the award recipients was uniform. An exhaustive
questionnaire was sent to all nominees and their response on the same was requested
within a stipulated time period. Based on the response received a site visit was conducted
to cross check the facts stated in the information dockets and also gather information on
other parameters which would make them the ideal partner of choice.

An extensive primary and secondary search was carried out to determine the most sought
after parameters when a company is looking for a partner for its outsourcing activities. A
score was awarded based on the company standing vis a vis industry standards and a
consolidated score was reached. The same was reviewed by an expert committee
comprising Frost & Sullivan members as well as external consultants. The total scores
were compared and the company scoring the highest was selected as the winner for that
particular award category.
