Issues
All the Gardens are not devoted adequate amount of time. Recommendation: Work Force should be divided according to the gardens and they can be paid bonuses if the condition of garden improves. Watering of gardens is uneven.

Recommendation: New sprinklers can be acquired. Currently the number of sprinklers is less and they are used in turns to water the gardens and grounds. This makes it an inefficient process Sports Ground in not maintained.

Recommendation: This ground suffers severe wear and tear due to people playing regularly. More time should be dedicated to these grounds. Skilled Gardeners with an experience in maintaining a sports field can also be hired
