Identification and Evaluation of Opportunity. Developing a Business Plane. Determing the Resources. Manage the Enterprises.

Identification and Evaluation of Opportunity:

In this step we find an opportunity and get information from surrounding about it. Mostly an Entrepreneur has less capital to start the business so secondary data is most suitable for finding the opportunity.
First you identify the opportunity then it needs to rectify this opportunity. We use some sorts of sophisticated tools for the evaluation of this opportunity. It means weather this opportunity is favorable for us or not.

Executive Summary
We conduct data about the whole Gujrat city and we feel that there is no any type of Computer Service that is delivering in door to door. We feel that most of the people living in Gujrat are growing up in Information Technology day by day. There are almost 9 houses having Computer out of 10. We also observed that many families have not any man in their houses all the time. Some families have their boys and men in foreign for the purpose of earning. So the ladies are alone at their houses and they are unable to hold their heavy computer and go to nearby shop for making it normal or okay. Some boys also feel shay to go in the computer markets because they dont have sufficient knowledge about this particular device. So the people Gujrat are feeling deficiency for some sort of computer home service.
