Here are the terms and conditions for our Gillette competition #StubbleOrSmooth. The prize is to win a Gillette goody bag with a selection of grooming products for him & her. The competition will commence on 07.02.14 and end on 06.03.14. Applicants can enter on Twitter and the mechanic for entry is below. Were asking Twitter followers to retweet our competition post with @LoveWIlko @GilletteUK and #StubbleOrSmooth, explaining how they like their man to be groomed. To qualify for entry, the entrant must Follow @LoveWilko on Twitter www.twitter.com/LoveWilko and include @LoveWilko, @GilletteUK and hashtag #StubbleOrSmooth in their tweet to be in with a chance of winning. Five winners will be selected at random from Twitter and announced on 07.03.14. After following @LoveWilko on Twitter and retweeting the competition post, an example entry from a user on Twitter would read: @LoveWilko @GilletteUK I love my mans designer stubble! #StubbleOrSmooth The Promoter is Wilkinson Hardware Stores Limited (Wilkinson) registered in England and Wales with company number 0365335 and whose registered office is JK House, Roebuck Way, Manton Wood, Worksop, Nottinghamshire S80 3YY. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms at any time and to communicate the changes to entrants by updating these Terms on this website. The competition is open to mainland UK residents over the age of 18 excluding employees of Wilkinson or any other company linked to the competition in any way. You must be 18 or over on the date of entry to the competition. Only one entry per person on Twitter The prize must be dispatched to a UK postal address. The winners will be chosen by the Wilko team from among the qualifying entries shortly after the closing date and time. The start date of the competition is 7th February 2014 and closes at 5pm on 6th March 2014. All entries must be submitted via Twitter before the closing date in order to be entered into the competition. There are no cash alternatives to the prize offered. The Twitter username of the winner may appear on the LoveWilko Facebook page, Twitter feed and on the Wilko.com website and by entering the competition each winner consents to any publicity generated as a result of the competition. All entries are subject to approval by Wilkinson. Wilkinson reserves the right to reject any entries and remove posts without reason or prior notice. Wilkinson will reject entries which are (but not limited to) offensive, abusive, misleading, unethical, discriminating, defaming or pornographic in nature and such posts will not be entered into the competition. Wilkinsons decision is final. The selection of the winners will be carried out in the presence of an independent party appointed by Wilkinson and the result is final. No discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome. The winners will be notified via Twitter and/or Facebook shortly after the closing date/time. If Wilkinson is unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the closing date, the prize will be reallocated to a substitute winner selected at the same time as the main competition. Winners will receive their prize within 30 days of the closing date assuming that there has been no delay in making contact with the winner.
