Dear prospective stall holder, Please find enclosed a stall holder application for 'Stir It Up - Urban Poly Festival' being held on Saturday 23rd November 2013, 10am - 7pm at Merrylands RSL rugby club. please read all the information in this application carefully. Once you have read and understood the terms and conditions please return your completed application to stiritupfestival@live.com Note that there are limits on the number of stalls in any particular category (e.g. food, clothing etc) so it is advised that you apply as soon as possible to secure your place at the festival. General: - All participants agree to abide by the instructions and direction of 'Stir it up' Staff. - Stir it up will provide a Marquee/Stall for all stall holders but please be advised that you will have to provide further set up e.g. Chairs, Tables, Utensils. - No power will be provided by 'stir it up - urban poly festival'. - All stalls must abide by OH&S and Sanitary regulations. - Stall holders are required to operate for the duration of the event.
