MISSION
Summer365 aims to provide professional indoor sports facilities that are designed to allow athletes (recreational and elite) of summer sports the opportunity to train and play the sports they love all year.

HISTORY
Summer365 Inc. (S365) was founded in 2011 and opened the initial facility in Newmarket, Ontario, retrofitting a 21,000 square foot warehouse and transforming it into the ideal training and development centre. Since inception, Summer365 has become more than a facility for sport development. Due to the extended winters and the wet spring and summers, S365 has also become a community gathering place that caters to youth and senior events and parties throughout the year.

BIOGRAPHY

COLIN BERENHAUT, President

Prior to 2012, Mr. Berenhaut was the managing partner of a Sports Medicine and High Performance Training facility in Thornhill, Ontario. Over the 9 year period, Mr. Berenhaut oversaw the day-to-day operations of the facility and also acted as the Director of Sport Conditioning. During this time, Mr. Berenhaut lead the expansion of the company, first with opening of a second location in Mississauga, Ontario in 2005 and second in 2010, when he successfully expanded the flagship location to a 13,000 sq. ft. multi-sport turf facility. Athletic Accomplishments Canadian National Soccer Team, Monterey, Mexico- 1996 CONCACAF Champions; Goalkeeper George Washington University, Washington, DC- NCAA 1 Full Athletic Scholarship; Goalkeeper Maccabi Games Canadian Soccer Team, Israel- Captain; Goalkeeper Sports Development Strength and Conditioning Specialist to numerous amateur, professional, and Olympic athletes Cricket Canada, Director of Sports Sciences (2011 Cricket World Cup- India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka) Canadian Sports Institute, Service Provider, S&C Specialist (2003-2011) National Coaches Institute- Diploma Course, S&C Module Facilitator (2010) Subway Restaurants, Commit to Fit Campaign, Sports Expert (2010) Montreal Impact FC, Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Consultant (2006/07) Personal Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Mr. Berenhaut relocated to Ontario 12 years ago and currently resides in Newmarket, Ontario with his wife Katherine, daughters Taylor and Lauren, and their dog Cali.

RENTALS

Summer365 is available all year for rentals throughout the day and evening, based on availability. The complex is ideal for soccer, football, ultimate disc, baseball, rugby, lacrosse, softball, and hand ball. It is the perfect facility for Development Programs, Leagues, Tournaments, and Fundraising Events. The facility is also well-suited to accommodate parties, conferences, and trade shows of any size. RENTAL RATES The rates for field rentals vary depending on the time, day, and date that you require. Prices are all subject to applicable taxes. For information on field specifics, please visit the Summer365 Features Page. PRIME TIME RENTAL (October to the end of April) Prime rental rates apply between the hours of 5:00-10:00pm from Monday to Friday and all day on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays until 10:00pm. Development Field: $99-125 per hour for each field Full Field Game Play: $300-375/hour NON-PRIME TIME RENTALS (October to the end of April) Non-prime rental rates apply from Monday to Friday between the hours of 10:00am -5:00 pm and all days of the week after 10:00pm. These rates do not apply to Saturdays, Sundays and other breaks or holidays throughout the year which may be subject to regular prime and rental rates. SUMMER RENTAL FEES (May 1 to the end of September) Summer rental rates apply on all days of the week and are in effect throughout the entire day and evening. Development Field: $50-75 per hour for each field Full Field Game Play: $150-225/hour SPECIAL EVENTS The rental information outlined above is for basic field rentals only. If you are planning a special event such as tournaments, camps/clinics, fundraiser and corporate functions, then other rental rates may apply. *Summer365 Inc. reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
