Lesson 12 America Now Goal: At the end of this lesson, the students are familiar with the states

of the United States as well as the main nationalities in America. They will also be able to know who Obama is. In this lesson the learning goal for the students is to know the states of America as well as the main nationalities. The students can also explain what who Obama is and what his role is in America. The teacher s acti!ity is first to recap the input of pre!ious lesson. After that the teacher has to pro!ide the students of input about the states of America, the main nationalities and "ho Obama is and what his role is in America. Then the teacher will gi!e the students a reading assignment on the website where they ha!e to read the summaries of each state and answer the #uestions on the class sites. After they finish reading and answering the #uestions the students ha!e to pair up with a fellow student to compare and discuss their answers with each other.
