From 7th January 2014 up to 21st January 2014 that is in 15days they helped me do 41 major surgeries, 12 minor surgeries total 53 procedures out of 153 patients I saw at IZAAS and Kagondo Clinics.

He has a big stomach and he could not be helped at Mugana Hospital by Dr Mazima. I could not find any sign of Cancer. IZAAS sent him to Dar es salam to Regency Hospital and it has now diagnosed as kidney complications.

The district Welfare officer Hilda Mwarabu came with five patients from Chato. I could not help any but IZAAS gave them Wheel Chairs, Tricycle, and Crunches.

For IZAAS I did 21procidures on children 11 procedures on adults, 1 P.O.P on fractured wrist 13patients received Tricycle, wheel chairs, Crunches, Elbow Stick and Walker (donated by Brother Anserali Hemraji Dubai).

The eleven procedures that I did for the adult were all major surgeries involved disinfecting the bones for osteomilities and then bone grafting. They were hard at my age but the two American Nurses were a great help thanks to the Nurses.

Soon we started discharging the patients and they reported to IZAAS office

For 8 years Aira Nuru walked with a limp because at the age of two years she fell and the Patella of her left knee was displaced. I straighten it and sent her to IZAAS

She stayed with her mother at Ume Kulsum Transit Centre and in 12 days now she has started walking with a Walker, then Crunches, then Elbow Sticks and finally she will walk naturally

I made enemies with many children but Ali Asgar Mukthar with a packet of juice made many friends. MASHALLAH.

All good times come to an end and it was time to leave. Mr. Michael and Costansia came to Kagondo with gift of lovely Cakes from IZAAS.

Finally. I asked Joshua the Administrator of Kagondo Hospital to come on the stage and we sang the fare-well song `Malaika Naku penda Malaika.

The donor no 25 Jatin .Vishnoo Patel a cardiologist from Lester U.K. gave IZAAS a surprise visit on 2/1/2014. He explained to Maalim Mubarak that he is looking for where to donate. He had just come from the Cancer Hospital in Dar es salaam.

He ran for Marathon three times, 1st he donated in U.K. 2nd he donated in India and this time he wants to donated in Africa. For the Bukobians the name Vishnoo will be Familiar. Yes he is the son of Dr. Vishnoo Patel.
