Najam, Sub-Contracting Arrangement Letter Najmus Saqib Firoz Based on our discussions with respect to your Part-time deployment at Al Hamra Real Estate Group (AHG) as part of Broadpeak Consultings project team, following is the outline of our arrangement.

1. Scope of the engagement

2. Timeline
We expect each report to take approximately 3 4 days on average to complete, where each day equals 8 hours worth of work. Specific duration for each report will be agreed individually.

3. Confidentiality Terms
During the period of this engagement, you will have access to confidential information pertaining to BpC or/and its Client companies and which have not been disclosed to the public; please keep all such information confidential and that you will not disclose any such information to any other person. You also understand and agree that disclosure of such data will be considered material breach of our arrangement.

4. Level of Involvement
We are anticipating your involvement to be for as long as the commitments have been fulfilled.

Following is the financial arrangement between Broadpeak Consulting and Najmus Saqib Firoz. Remuneration USD 200 per report

The payment will be made once the report is signed-off and/or confirmed by the client.

6. Conformance to Clients Code of Conduct

We are anticipating total conformance to clients office regulations with respect to conduct and security.

7. Acknowledgement and Acceptance
