A presentation *as made on the issues,status of the project eTRADE. The issues *ere deli erated and follo*ing decisions *ere ta+en1. .n the issue of $"E! 1.5 roll out at !eaports it *as decided that "ustoms *ould enforce !eaports (other than major !eaports) to join /orts "ommunit% !%stem (/"!) and firm up a time frame for the same. 2. .,o /r. ""A *ould issue order for authori0ing all 11 an+s for e/a%ment of "ustoms duties at all ED$ locations. 2. "entral E3cise e3port interface *ith "ustoms *ould e operationalised parallal% to $"E! 1.5 migration. 4. All Airports& !eaports (*here ED$ is implemented) and "ontainer "orporation of $ndia (".5".R) *ould migrate to e/a%ment from pre deposit account (/DA) s%stem and su mit the timeframe to Do". 5. All directories for "ustoms 6 !eaports interface *ould e managed % $ndian /orts Association ($/A). 1. .n *e ased "entral 7arehousing "orporation ("7") 6 user interface& it *as decided that "7" *ould e3plore the possi ilit% of use of ".5".R8s *e ased communit% partner interface s%stem and su mit the status to Do". 9. .n the issue of arcode integration at Airports& it *as decided that Ministr% of "i:il A:iation (Mo"A) *ould discuss the re;uirement of arcode and related issues *ith all sta+eholders and su mit a report to Do". <. E:er% agenc% *ould strictl% adhere the time frame agreed. $n case there is an issue the concerned agenc% needs to e reported under intimation to Do". $f the issue is still not resol:ed then it need to e raised to Do" immediatel%. =. .n the dela% of $"E! 1.5 migration roll out& it *as agreed that "ustoms *ould firm up the re:ised time frame and send the list of locations *ith time frame,>antt chart& *hich *ould e co:ered *ithin agreed schedule i.e. 'une 2010 and the locations *hich *ould e co:ered % !ep. 2010 or so. $t *as agreed that the timeframe gi:en *ould e firm and no de:iation *ould e accepted *ithout justification. 10. An anal%sis report should e su mitted to Do" on all the electronic forms that users are re;uired to fill in e@s%stems co:ering the percentage of fields that are pre populated and the percentage of fields for *hich users are as+ed to feed data again.
