ABSTRACT
The amount of CO2 in the air is EXCESS over that needed to provide sufficient transport for ALL the energy
available for the GreenHouse Effect. Adding extra CO2 just adds extra excess CO2 to the air, instead of adding
extra CO2 based GHE. The amount of energy coming in, not the CO2, dictates how much of a GHE there is.
Removing CO2 by Cap & Trade etc just removes Excess CO2. It has no impact on temperature... The very real
global warming, is caused by gravity and planetary eccentricity. (see www.scribd.com & figure below)

Climate change is natural, not caused by CO2. Added CO2 does NOT cause added warming. Added CO2
causes added excess CO2 in the air, just like Oxygen and Nitrogen, the other molecules in the natural plant animal
food chain. CO2 is NOT a pollutant.
The greenhouse effect (GHE) only works when there is sufficient energy of the appropriate frequency, AND
sufficient GHGs such as CO2 and water vapor.
In the case of the Earth, the energy is limited by what comes in and goes out and the Stefan-Boltzmann Law (SBL).
In the air there is excess CO2, above what is used for the GHE, because whenever the temperature cools down some
of the CO2 that was being used to transport energy to space (& to produce the GHE), is no longer needed at the
cooler temperatures and with the smaller amounts of transportable energy. Thus there is always, and MUST
BE, excess CO2 in the air. It must be available to handle the daily global warming when the sun comes up and the
available energy increases, or else the GHE will not function each morning.

Now at the average temperature of 16C, there is at least more than 40% excess CO2, ( or over 112ppm of 280ppm
from the peak needed to transport energy at the 1922 world record 58C), plus the 107+ppm that man has added.
There is at least 219ppm (out of 387 or over 56%) of CO2 EXCESS in the air.

The idea that CO2 "traps" energy is absurd. What has happened to the energy trapped for the last 4.5 billion years?
CO2 catches, & releases energy in microseconds as it transports the energy to space (& in so doing the delay causes
the Greenhouse warming effect).
Therefore the amount of energy being transported in and out, not the CO2, dictates the amount of the GHE.
The computer models and IPCC conclusion that more added CO2 results in more added greenhouse effect is
scientifically INCORRECT. If more CO2 meant more warming then it would have used up the excess already.
More added CO2 just adds more CO2 to the excess in the air.

The Hansen/NASA/GISS Model E & IPCC conclusion, (or the Global Computer Models-GCMs) that adding extra
CO2 automatically causes added warming is a misapplication of the Arrhenius greenhouse effect. The GHE
requires BOTH excess GHG AND added energy to create an increased GHE. The energy passing through the Earth
dictates the allowed amount of GHE. When the Earth is at equilibrium, and the energy in equals the energy out, then
the GHE is limited and can NOT cause any more warming since there is no extra energy available for the GHE to
process to cause warming. As long as there is excess GHG then the amount of excess is irrelevant to the GHE. In the
case of the Earth, the CO2 is extra, there is no extra energy.
What actually happens is that the extra added CO2 becomes excess in the air, available to increase the GHE,
WHEN the added energy comes into the Earth (as it does every morning) BUT the energy also decreases every
evening, freeing up excess CO2.
Since, by computer model and IPCC assumptions, the solar insolation/sunlight is (erroneously) the sole source of
energy coming in and going out (gravity, which is not addressed in the GCMs, causes tides and friction in the ocean
and in the liquid Earth core among other things), then any increase of the GHE is limited by an increase in the
energy in, which according to scientific measurements and IPCC has not changed significantly since about 1960.
This means several things:
First since global warming has increased from 1970 through 1998, then the computer models are not correct.
Second, added CO2 does NOT cause warming. and
third, there MUST be an additional source of kinetic energy coming into the Earth in addition to solar insolation.
Finally, since there is excess CO2 in the air, then removing CO2 by Cap & Trade, underground storage etc. will only
remove the excess CO2, and cost a fortune. It will not result in lower temperatures. The Kyoto Treaty is
scientifically unsound, not to mention costly, foolish, harmful to GDP and mankind, and an outright fraud. The very
idea that mankind by adding a few extra CO2 molecules to the air, could actually change the global temperature,
(without adding any extra energy) is scientifically impossible.

Climate change is natural. It is caused by the Earth's eccentricity which is mostly caused by the varying gravity from
the planets Jupiter and Saturn. The Earth’s orbital eccentricity causes variations in the solar insolation, the energy
transported into the Earth by gravity, AND the transfer of kinetic energy into and out of gravitic potential energy as
the distances vary. John Dodds Wobble Theory of Global Warming Fig 12d (at Error! Hyperlink reference not
valid.) identifies that GRAVITY from the planets and the sun, correlates with the measured global temperatures,
both cooling and warming, for the most recent 60 year cycles 1880,1940, 1998, & the future cooling to 2028 and
warming to 2058 and for thousands of years before (picture included below) . The planetary eccentricity also has
longer cycles which explain longer term cooling and warming, including ice ages, and also explains where the
“missing” energy to validate the Milankovitch Theory is “hiding” as gravitic potential energy.

Specifically, there is a near 60 year planetary gravity resonance cycle of Jupiter and Saturn that peaks at the same
time as the Earth temperature and causes the observed 30 year cooling then 30 year warming cycle. This Jupiter &
Saturn gravity cycle causes the Earth's and Venus's eccentricity. When the Earth is closest to the Jupiter/Saturn
resonance point of greatest attraction then the Earth is also at its greatest distance to the Sun (most eccentric), or
aphelion. BUT six months earlier or later Earth is also near its perihelion or closest point to the sun. Since this is the
most eccentric, then for the next 60 years the Earth will always be further away at the perihelion or closest point &
thus receiving less energy and hence cooler. Thus within a six month period the forces of gravity to Earth are
maximized from both Jupiter/Saturn and the sun, AND, the solar insolation is maximized , AND the Earth's
potential energy to both the Sun & Jupiter is minimized, all of which result in a maximum of the kinetic energy in
the Earth or a temperature peak. Venus & the moon can also cause short term gravity spikes or temperature noise.
All natural. It even explains cooling AND warming where as the CO2 theory only addresses warming.
The IPCC approach to reducing CO2 is scientifically unsound., and will lead to major expenditures and reductions
of available energy at increased costs, with no impact on the temperature. Man can NOT control gravity and the
planets, and so can not control global cooling and warming. Mark Twain said everyone complains about the weather

(& climate) but no-one does anything about it. That's because Mother Nature (& the Laws of Physics) is in control
of it. The amount of CO2 is irrelevant, except to plants which grow better when there is more CO2.
