Culture of Rajasthan Rajasthan, as the name itself says the land of kings has always been the centre

of attraction among the tourists from across the globe visiting India. Known for the culture, tradition, art and craft Rajasthan has been widely popular since decades. Most of the Rajasthani dishes has high amount of pure Ghee, the clarified butter as a major ingredients. The city of Bikaner is known worldwide for the Bhujiaas which is prepared from a pulse known as muth. The sweet dishes of Rajasthan are mostly made of milk and ghee. Petha is one among the most famous sweet dishes which is made of pumpkin.
