Application for Prior Recipients The Partnership for Hope Scholarship Fund is intended to provide educational grants to residents of affordable housing to support their goals of furthering their education and building community. Funds will be paid directly to the institution of higher learning and may be used for tuition, books, and activities directly relating to the students education. Scholarship Criteria (must meet all criteria for consideration !
