Evangelical churches in America are in need for reform. Sound Biblical churches are able to positively impact their communities, improve culture, and leave a righteous legacy. Long Island desperately needs to be engaged with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Among those who are lost, Long Islanders are predominantly Roman Catholic, Agnostic, and New Age; which will be the target audience for our ministry.

Reformation Theology
I love to proclaim these strong old doctrines that are called by nickname Calvinism, but which are truly and verily the revealed truth of God as it is in Christ Jesus C. H. Spurgeon

God relates to man through Covenant. Reformed theology is covenant theology. Christians must see the Bible as a unified whole through its organic covenantal arrangement. Reformed theology teaches and emphasizes: The sovereignty of God, the doctrines of grace, justification by faith, sacramental theology, and an objective covenant. Theonomy Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. (Matthew 5:17) Either man will be ruled by God, or himself. We must repent of autonomy in all areas of life. Gods law shows us how we are supposed to live, and obedience to it yields great blessing. Part of the reason why the church is in such a great crisis is because we have abandoned Gods law and its application to all areas of life. The three primarily societal institutions God has established are: Family, Church, and State

Evangelism
All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age. (Matthew 28:16-20)

In order to reach the lost we must actively preach the gospel to all people. The goal of church planting is to create an environment where believers can worship God, and reach the lost as a by-product of our worship. The goal of church planting is not transfer growth or novelty. Biblical evangelism consists of: Quality street preaching, one on one evangelism, pressupositional apologetics, and missional activity. Postmillennialism and Historic Optimism
"The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into 50 pounds of flour until it spread through all of it." (Matthew 13:33) All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him (Psalm 22:27)

Jesus Christ has won the victory, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against His Bride. Christ has come to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8), and on the cross the devil has been defeated. The church has been commissioned to call the world into the glorious Kingdom of the Messiah, and to live under His rule and reign. We believe in a victorious king, who now sits on His throne. Therefore, the church must repent of its unbiblical pessimism. Covenant Renewal Worship
God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth. (John 4:24)

The Bible presents us with this principle: We must rightly worship the God we claim allegiance to. We are not to invent a definition of church that is not consistent with the church that existed from the time of righteous able. If our Lords day worship is compromised, than we are destined for failure in all other areas of life. The main focus of our worship is to renewal our covenant with God. Based off of the description of temple worship given in Leviticus 9, corporate worship consists of: A call to worship, Confession of sin (sin offering), Consecration through scripture and prayer (burnt/ascension offering), the Lords Supper (peace offering), and a commissioning as we go back out into the world.
