Prosperity Grows When Vision and Action Meet

OpEd by Assemblyman Chris Brown
The success of Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) rests on following a
simple Japanese proverb - Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision
is a nightmare.
Over the years, ACY lived in a daydream calling itself an international airport
without the ability to secure stable international or domestic flights. Its leadership opted
to focus on political patronage hirings rather than work cooperatively with agencies
like the CRDA to develop Atlantic City into a diversified tourism resort. ACY found
itself in a nightmare when our neighboring states approved gambling as gas prices
spiked and the national economy frayed.
Where does this prior lack vision and action leave our region now?
I believe we still have an opportunity to wed vision with action and create a fully
functional international airport.
First, we need to hire an executive director at the South Jersey Transportation
Authority (SJTA) based on that persons professional transportation background, not
political affiliation. This person has to be able to grasp the logistics of getting people
to, from, and around our region and appreciate the need for working with sister agencies
to properly market the resort. That is why I have asked the Commissioner of NJ
Department of Transportation to conduct a nationwide search to find a fully qualified
individual to be the executive director.
Once quality leadership is in place at the SJTA, the second step is to continue to
properly utilize the muscle of the Port Authority of NY/NJ to show airlines the benefits
of opening up new destinations for ACY.
Already, the Port Authority has secured United Airlines to offer direct flights to
Chicago and Houston. Connections to these two main hubs open up the rest of the
country and Canada to ACY. Moreover, the Port Authority has leveraged its assets to
enable ACY to accept diverted flights and cargo planes. This means millions of dollars
in landing and fuel fees to be collected locally.
The CRDA should continue to entice new airlines to fly out of ACY by assuming
some of the startup risk with subsidies. We all agree taxpayers should not be in the
airline business. However, once airlines see they can make a profit flying into Atlantic
City, the need for the subsidies goes away.
Most importantly, CRDA has to create a clean, safe, and diversified tourism market,
so visitors cant help but choose Atlantic City over other resorts. CRDA should continue
to promote private investment to create non-gaming attractions, like The Steel Pier,
Margaritaville, Bass Pro Outlets, the arts, and the Harrahs Conference Center.
With proper leadership, more flights, and a clean, safe, diverse tourist destination,

the Atlantic City Alliance (ACA) can then

more effectively market the resort.
For the first time in our history, we
have a $30 million advertising
budget. Though still woefully short of the
$120 million of Las Vegas, it is possible
for this amount of money to still attract a
great number of visitors. The primary
target of the ACA, up until now, has been
the people living between Baltimore and
Boston. ACY can now work with ACA to
market directly to the millions of
passengers who travel through the hubs of
Chicago and Houston. This will serve the
two fold purpose of generating greater
demand for air travel to Atlantic City
(thereby eliminating the need for further
Assemblyman Chris Brown
subsidies) while fulfilling the mission of
drawing new people to our resort.
Vision and action is creating a clean and safe and diverse product. Vision and
action is stimulating a demand for the product through properly utilizing the airport.
Vision and action is driving a supply of customers through effective advertising to our
market. Ultimately, it is through the combination of clear vision and decisive action
that our local economy will prosper.
Properly utilizing the ACY in conjunction with ACA, CRDA, and PA will go a
long way to re-vitalizing our economy.

Opportunities for Visitors and Residents

Advance Through CDRA Approval
Tuesdays CRDA Board meeting advanced several measures to provide more
housing, more non-gaming attractions, and provide Atlantic City with new
opportunities to attract more convention business.
CRDA received Board approval to form a 501c6 non-profit which will advance
Atlantic City as a destination for conventions, meetings and trade shows. Increasing
the number of conventions is a key strategy in the success of the Tourism District,
said John Palmieri, CRDA Executive Director. We have worked very closely with
an exceptional team to develop on organization that will be competitive, incentivized
and able to focus solely on the sales function. The new, private, independent entity
will be known as Meet AC and will be governed by a five member Board of Directors
from the hospitality industry, the business community and the CRDA. The new
Board of Directors is scheduled to meet before the end of April.
In July, 2013, the City of Atlantic City entered into an agreement with Boraie
Development, LLC as the developer for two 4 acre parcels in the South Inlet. Upon
agreement, Boraie Development, LLC pursued the purchase of the land with the
Atlantic City Housing Authority, the formal owner of the property and in December
2013, the purchase was executed. Boraie Development, LLC received preliminary
determination of project approval from CRDA in December 2013 before coming to
the Board yesterday for project approval and a fund reservation. The CRDA Board
took action to support the South Inlet Uptown Renewal Project, which includes
development of a 250 unit rental complex by Boraie Development, LLC. The Beach
at the South Inlet will provide a mix of one and two bedroom units with amenities
such as a doorman, on -site parking and swimming pool. Developer Waseem Boraie
said 350 construction jobs will be created with construction beginning in the fourth
quarter of 2014. The CRDA is providing financial assistance in the form of
construction and take-out lending not to exceed $30 million.
This Board action signals a kick-start to revitalization in the South Inlet,
according to Board Chairman Jim Kehoe.
On the horizon are new enhancements to the Boardwalk at Tropicana. A $35
million dollar project proposed by Tropicana features renovations to 434 hotel rooms
in the North Tower, creation of new retail space on Pacific Avenue at the Morris
Avenue intersection, installation of a new health club on Brighton Avenue, activating
an area that is currently a blank faade and upgrades and renovations to the
Boardwalk frontage of the resort, including light bollards, building illumination
choreographed as a light and sound show and large scale video monitors on the
Boardwalk . Tropicana estimates 532 construction jobs and 84 permanent jobs will
be created with project completion by the end of 2015.
The CRDA Board also approved supplemental fund reservations for Lighthouse
District Park, Historic Gardners Basin, and the Community Development
Entertainment Grant program.
Board actions will take effect following the expiration of the Governors statutory
review period.
About the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA)
www.njcrda.com
The only agency of its kind nationwide- the CRDA has used Atlantic City casino
reinvestments as a catalyst for meaningful, positive improvement in the lives of New
Jersey residents statewide, investing nearly $2 billion in more than 400 projects
statewide. Under the 2011Tourism District legislation, CRDA responsibilities have
expanded to include Land Use Regulation, Clean and Safe initiatives, attracting and
retaining conventions and meetings at the Atlantic City Convention Center and
Boardwalk Hall and partnership with the Atlantic City Alliance to market and attract
visitors to Atlantic City.

NJ Visitors Split Between Shore, Inland Destinations, Most Stay Overnight

Atlantic City Attracts Most Visitors in Mid-Atlantic
Just over half of the visitors to New Jersey recently surveyed for the Lloyd
D. Levenson Institute of Gaming, Hospitality and Tourism came to the Jersey
shore within the past year, with Atlantic City attracting 14.2 percent and Cape
May City claiming 4.5 percent of the tourists.
Travel to both those municipalities helped to drive significant numbers of
visitors to their respective counties, with 18.4 percent of all visitors saying they
took a trip to Atlantic County and 15 percent having visited Cape May County.
New Jerseys other oceanfront counties, Ocean (12.4 percent) and Monmouth (6.5
percent) held significant shares of the visitor market in New Jersey.
Still, the non-shore counties collectively accounted for nearly half of all visits
to New Jersey at 47.7 percent. Notable destinations from Hackensack to Cherry
Hill along the Interstate 95 corridor drew large volumes of visitors.
The information the center has on visitors to New Jersey allows us to provide
critical information to our partners throughout the state as they continue to refine
their marketing message, said Dr. Brian Tyrrell, associate professor of Hospitality
and Tourism Management Studies at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
Dr. Tyrrell is presenting findings from the survey at the New Jersey Governors
Conference on Tourism in Atlantic City today.
The survey was conducted for LIGHT in February by the Stockton Polling
Institute of the William J. Hughes Center for Public Policy. Over 1,000
respondents who had traveled more than 50 miles from home to New Jersey or
within the state, within the past 12 months, were surveyed. Live interviewers on
the Stockton campus called both landlines and cell phones. The polls margin of
error is +/- 3.1 percentage points.
The survey found significant differences in visitors spending and how long
they stayed, based on their stage in the family life cycle. LifeStage analysis is
useful for target marketing purposes, Tyrrell noted. It considers visitors ages, their
household income and whether or not they have children under the age of 18.
More than one-fourth (28.1 percent) of the New Jersey visitors in the study
were affluent matures, or those 55 years of age and older, with household
income of $75,000 or more and no children under 18. Their spending of $425 a
day included food and beverage, lodging, transportation, shopping and
entertainment. That group was outspent by several others, including the next
largest group, affluent families, who spent an average of $499 a day on those
categories.
Affluent families, in which the head of household is 35-54 years old and the
family income is $75,000 or more, accounted for 16.6 percent of visitors to or
within the state.
Maturing & free visitors ages 35-54 with no children under 18 and any
income level, were the third largest segment at 15.7 percent. They spent an average
of $436 a day.
The smallest number of visitors (3.5 percent) came from the moderate
family group, in which the 35-54 year-old head of household makes under
$75,000 and has children under 18. Those families spent an average of $453 daily.
Young families of any income level, in which the head of household is 18-34
with children, comprised 8.4 percent of visitors and spent an average of $429 a
day.

Advertise in The AC Times call:

267-244-3860

Nearly half of all visitors stayed three days or longer, with affluent segments
averaging longer stays than their moderate counterparts. More than two-thirds of
all visitors stayed overnight.
The primary purpose of the trips varied from pleasure for 40 percent, to
visiting friends or relatives, at 32 percent. More than one in 10 (11 percent) said
they were in New Jersey on business, with an additional 2 percent combining
business and pleasure.
Having a good understanding of visitors travel habits is key to promoting
tourism, which is a $40 billion industry in New Jersey, said Dr. Israel Posner,
executive director of LIGHT.

Atlantic City Electric Providing Free Trees to Customers

Atlantic City Electric is providing 2,000 free trees to customers through the
Energy-Saving Trees program. Launched as a pilot initiative in 2012, the EnergySaving Trees program helps customers conserve energy and reduces household
electricity bills through strategic tree planting. Atlantic City Electric customers
can reserve their free trees today at www.arborday.org/ace or by calling 1-855670-2773.
An online tool can help Atlantic City Electric customers find the most strategic
location for planting and estimates the annual savings that will result from the
tree. The new Energy-Saving Trees tool can run on Internet Explorer version 9,
Firefox, and Google Chrome. Customers may call the Arbor Day Foundation for
technical help and other questions at 1-855-670-2773.
The Arbor Day Foundation calculates that the 2,000 trees are estimated to
produce more than $380,000 in energy savings within 20 years. Customers can
reserve up two trees per household, and the program will continue until all 2,000
trees are reserved. In exchange for the free trees, customers are expected to care
for the trees and plant them in the location provided by the online tool. The 2 to

4-foot trees will be delivered directly to the customer at an ideal time for planting.
The types of trees offered include Sugar Maple, River Birch, Hackberry, American
Beech, Bald Cypress, White Dogwood, and Washington Hawthorn.
Atlantic City Electric is pleased to again partner with the Arbor Day
Foundation to provide free trees to our customers, said Vince Maione, region
president, Atlantic City Electric. The Energy-Saving Trees program not only
benefits the environment, but can also help customers save money on their energy
bills.
The Energy-Saving Trees online tool was created by the Arbor Day
Foundation and the Davey Institute, a division of Davey Tree Expert Co., and uses

Post Hurricane Sandy:

Exploring Energy Eciency, Economic Recovery and Rebuilding

GLOBALCON Energy, Power, & Facility Management Event
Not long ago, Superstorm Sandy wreaked havoc on the Northeast, causing
$36.9 billion in damages in New Jersey alone. It is projected that climate change
will bring an increased number of these superstorms to the Northeast, which,
coupled with sea level rise, have the potential to damage critical infrastructure
that is not equipped to handle such storms. This means that climate adaptation
and mitigation will be key to the future of the Northeast. In the year since the
storm, the Department of Energy (DOE) has continued investment in grid
modernization to improve outage management capabilities that reduce outage,
improve restoration times, and protect and strengthen critical energy
infrastructure. DOE is also taking further action to protect the regions energy
infrastructure by creating an integrated resilience program that leverages area
professionals expertise in emergency response, risk assessment and longer-term
vulnerabilities management. Through federal, state, and local partnerships,
developing a more modern energy infrastructure, and stronger, more resilient
communities in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, these areas will be
better poised to face and recover from future storms. The 25th GLOBALCON
Conference & Expo, to be held April 9-10th at the Atlantic City Convention
Center, is the one place where decision makers from business, industry, and
government can get up to speed on the rebuilding effort, along with energy
infrastructure changes taking place in its wake. The Rebuilding Efforts
conference track covers the important topic of how facility mangers can
minimize damage to building systems while continuing to operate during
emergencies.
The GLOBALCON conference program is full of the regions top experts
in the changing energy landscape. The Opening Session will feature Joseph
Fiordaliso, Commissioner of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities; Matthew

Swibel, Corporate Sustainability Director of Lockheed Martin; and Kathleen

Ellis, Chief Operating Officer of New Jersey Natural Gas. Conference track
topics include: Energy Policy & Climate Change, Benchmarking & High
Performance Buildings, Rebuilding Efforts, and CHP & Renewable Energy.

Wakefern Food Corp., the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA),
Stockton Seaview Hotel and Golf Club and Eiger Marketing Group (EMG)
announced contract extensions of the ShopRite LPGA Classic Presented by Acer

Wakefern Food Corp. became the title sponsor. The 2014 event will mark Wakeferns
20th year as Title Sponsor of the event.
Wakefern has been a wonderful partner of the LPGA over the past two decades
and has consistently put on one of the premiere events on our schedule, said LPGA

neighbors and communities who benefit from the charitable contributions raised at
this event, said Joseph Colalillo, chairman and CEO of Wakefern Food Corp., the

Kidney Sundays

Reach African American Community During National Kidney Month

National Kidney Disease Education Program Hosts Third
Annual Nationwide Event
6.2 million African American adults in the United States have signs of kidney
disease equal to the population of Tennessee.
African Americans experience the highest rates of kidney failure rates
approximately 3.4 times greater than whites. Two major causes of kidney failure
are diabetes and high blood pressure. In fact, 80 percent of new cases of kidney
failure among African Americans are due to one of these conditions.
In recognition of National Kidney Month, the National Kidney Disease
Education Program (NKDEP), along with the American Diabetes Associations
Live Empowered initiative and Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc., a national nursing
sorority, will host the third annual Kidney Sundaysevent on March 2. Together
with more than 85 African-American congregations nationwide, NKDEP
andKidney Sundaysaim to:
Help African Americans to gain a better understanding of why kidney disease
is a major health concern,
Encourage people at risk to get their kidneys tested, and
Support conversations about kidney disease among families and faith
communities.

Kidney Sundaysgoes beyond March 2, said Dr. Griffin P. Rodgers, Director

of the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK).
Throughout National Kidney Month, we hope to educate people on the
importance of kidney testing and the link between kidney disease and diabetes
and high blood pressure. Our goal is to create healthy, lifelong habits and behavior
change, particularly among African Americans.
Kidney Sundaysprovides African American congregations with tools and
materials, such as an event checklist and health ministry talking points, to help
elevate kidney disease as a health issue requiring attention. Congregations will
conduct kidney health education sessions and provide blood pressure screenings.
We are thrilled to partner with NKDEP on this important initiative, said
Priscilla Murphy, 1st Vice-President of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc. Kidney
Sundaysis an opportunity for our nurses to directly affect the health of their
communities. Through blood pressure screenings and kidney health presentations,
we open the door to a discussion on kidney disease and raise awareness about risk
factors.

March Is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month

Among cancers that affect both men and women, colorectal cancer (cancer
of the colon or rectum) is the second leading cause of cancer deaths in the
United States. Every year, about 140,000 Americans are diagnosed with
colorectal cancer, and more than 50,000 people die from it.
How Can You Reduce Your Risk?
The risk of getting colorectal cancer increases with age. More than 90%
of cases occur in people who are 50 years old or older. Colorectal cancer
screening saves lives, but many people are not being screened according to
national guidelines.
If youre 50 years old or older, getting a screening test for colorectal cancer
could save your life. Heres how
Colorectal cancer screening helps find precancerous polyps so they can
be removed before they turn into cancer. In this way, colorectal cancer is
prevented.
Screening tests also can find colorectal cancer early, when treatment often
leads to a cure.
In addition to increasing the intensity and amount of your physical activity,
avoiding obesity and weight gain around the midsection, and not drinking too
much alcohol, you can also lower your colorectal cancer risk by not smoking.
The 2014 Surgeon Generals Report, The Health Consequences of Smoking
50 Years of Progress concluded that smoking causes colorectal cancer. If you
smoke, quit smoking completely. For help quitting, call 1 (800) QUIT-NOW,
text the word QUIT to 47848 from your mobile phone, or visit
smokefree.gov. If you dont smoke, dont start, and avoid secondhand smoke.
What Are the Symptoms of Colorectal Cancer?
Precancerous polyps and colorectal cancer dont always cause symptoms,
especially at first. You could have polyps or colorectal cancer and not know it.
That is why having a screening test is so important. Symptoms for colorectal
cancer may include
Blood in or on the stool (bowel movement).
Stomach pain, aches, or cramps that do not go away.
Losing weight and you dont know why.
These symptoms may be caused by something other than cancer. If you
have any of these symptoms, the only way to know what is causing them is to
see your doctor.
When Should You Begin to Get Screened?
You should begin screening for colorectal cancer soon after turning 50,
then keep getting screened regularly until the age of 75. Ask your doctor if you
should be screened if youre older than 75.
Some people are at a higher risk than others for developing colorectal
cancer. Having any of these things may increase your risk
Inflammatory bowel disease, Crohns disease, or ulcerative colitis.
A personal or family history of colorectal cancer or colorectal polyps.
A genetic syndrome such as familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) or
hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (Lynch syndrome).
If you think you may be at high risk for colorectal cancer, talk to your
doctor about when and how often to get tested.
What Are the Screening Tests for Colorectal Cancer?
Several tests are available to screen for colorectal cancer. Some are used
alone; others are used in combination with each other. Talk with your doctor
about which test or tests are best for you. The U.S. Preventive Services Task
Force recommends these tests to screen for colorectal cancer
Colonoscopy (every 10 years).
High-sensitivity fecal occult blood test (FOBT), stool test, or fecal
immunochemical test (FIT) (every year).

Sigmoidoscopy (every 5 years, with FOBT every three years).

How Can I Pay for Screening Tests?
Many insurance plans and Medicare help pay for colorectal cancer screening.
Check with your plan to find out which tests are covered for you. To find out
about Medicare coverage, call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227).
Where feasible, the 25 states and four tribes in CDCs Colorectal Cancer
Control Program provide colorectal cancer screening and follow-up care to
low-income men and women aged 5064 years who are underinsured or
uninsured for screening, when resources are available and there is no other
payment option.
Screen for Life: National Colorectal Cancer Action Campaign
CDCs Screen for Life: National Colorectal Cancer Action Campaign
informs men and women who are 50 years old or older about the importance
of having regular colorectal cancer screening tests.
In 2013, Academy Award winner Meryl Streep joined the Screen for Life
campaign, appearing in new public service announcements (PSAs). Ms. Streep
talks about how much there is in life that we cant control, but says heres
something we can: colorectal cancer. She describes her own screening
experience, and urges men and women to get screened beginning at age 50.
Screen for Life also offers resources for patients and health professionals.
Print materials, including fact sheets, brochures, and posters, can be viewed,
printed, and ordered online. Television and radio public service announcements
can be viewed and heard online.

About the Folds of Honor Foundation
Folds of Honor Foundation was founded in May 2007 by Major Dan Rooney, a
former F-16 Fighter Pilot in the Oklahoma Air National Guard, PGA Professional,
and USGA member. A decorated military pilot in the Oklahoma Air National Guard,
Major Rooney has served three combat tours in Iraq. It was after his second tour,
while a passenger on a commercial flight, that Major Rooney witnessed an event that
would profoundly change his life. As the plane landed, the pilot announced, Ladies
and gentlemen, we have an American hero on board Corporal Brock Bucklin. And
his twin brother, Corporal Brad Bucklin, is accompanying him home from Iraq. As
a sign of respect, please remain seated while Corporal Bucklins family receives him
in his final homecoming. Major Rooney watched through the window of the plane
as the flag-draped casket was lowered. He saw a family waiting for Brock, and a little
four-year old boy waiting for his father. This tragic homecoming inspired Major
Rooney to create the Folds of Honor Foundation.

National Constitution Center

Explore Slavery at Thomas Jeersons Monticello

The National Constitution Center announced that it will host Slavery at
Jeffersons Monticello, a powerful and revealing exhibition that follows the
stories of six slave families who lived and worked at Thomas Jeffersons plantation
and their descendants who fought for justice and helped bring to light their
ancestors lives and values. The museum will display the exhibition from April 9
October 19, 2014.
Slavery at Jeffersons Monticello is organized by the Thomas Jefferson
Foundation at Monticello in partnership with the Smithsonians National Museum
of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC). The announcement was
planned in conjunction with the Constitution Centers African American History
Month programming.
As a result of Jeffersons assiduous record-keeping, augmented by fifty years
of modern scholarly research, Monticello is the best documented, best preserved,
and best studied plantation in North America, said Leslie Greene Bowman,
president of the Thomas Jefferson Foundation, through a provided statement.
Through our partnership, Monticello and NMAAHC have created a unique
opportunity to discuss slavery as the unresolved issue of the American Revolution
and to offer Jefferson and Monticello as a window into the unfulfilled promise of
life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We are pleased that the exhibition is
now opening at the National Constitution Center, which will provide new
opportunities for dialogue about this complex chapter in American history.
Understanding the details of the lives of enslaved people adds to our
understanding of history, and our understanding of race relations today. We cannot
have a clear view of Jefferson, or the founding of our nation, if we leave slavery
out of the story, said Lonnie Bunch, director of the NMAAHC, also via a
provided statement.
The 3,500-square-foot exhibition features over 280 objects, including:
Thomas Jeffersons own possessions including his inkwell in the shape of
Enlightenment philosopher Voltaire; his silver eyeglasses, made in Philadelphia
in 1806; and his whalebone, ivory, and gold walking stick.
A replica of the portable desk Jefferson used to draft the Declaration of
Independence.
Numerous excavated artifacts that offer a window into life on Mulberry Row,
where Monticello slaves lived and worked such as rare coins, ceramics and
tableware, shoe and clothing buckles, combs, and toothbrush handles.
The exhibition concludes with a section devoted to the Getting Word oral
history project, which began at Monticello in 1993. Over 180 interviews were
conducted with descendants of the families who lived and worked at the
plantation. Visitors can watch a powerful three-minute video of highlights from
those interviews.
This exhibition does an impressive job in the telling of an important and
conflicted chapter in the story of We the People, said National Constitution
Center Chief Operating Officer Vince Stango. Thomas Jefferson was a revered
leader and drafter of the Declaration of Independence, yet he was a slaveholder.
Slavery at Jeffersons Monticello will provide a unique entry point for our
visitors who can then tour our main exhibition to follow where the story leaves
off, learning more specifically about the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments, which
were later added to the Constitution in an effort to establish equality.
A special iPod tour will be offered to visitors as a complement to the featured
exhibition. Narrated by Ms. Susan Stein, Monticellos Richard Gilder, the Senior
curator and vice president for Museum Programs, the tour will feature personal
anecdotes from Stein about the exhibitions research and development, along with
further background on the objects and stories featured in the exhibition, and the

importance of preserving the

past for future generations.
Visitors also will have
an opportunity to view a rare
printing of the Declaration of
Independence while visiting
the Constitution Center, on
display in the museums
main exhibition. The 1823
Stone Declaration is on loan
from the collection of David
M. Rubenstein, co-founder
and co-chief executive
officer of the private equity
firm The Carlyle Group.
Several personal documents
of Jeffersons, on loan from
the National Archives and
Records Administration, the
Pennsylvania
Historical
Society, and the Rosenbach
Museum & Library, also will
be displayed. Programs

Monticello.
Slavery at Jeffersons
Monticello is included in the cost of general admission, which includes the
museums main exhibition, The Story of We the People, the award-winning
theatrical production Freedom Rising, and Signers Hall. General museum
admission prices are $14.50 for adults, $13 for seniors ages 65 and over, and $8
for children ages 4-12. Active military personnel and children ages 3 and under
are free. Group rates also are available. For ticket information, call 215.409.6700

During the opening weekend of the exhibition, all visitors will receive $3 off
