Unplanned absence can be a considerable cost for any business. Cezanne OnDemand makes it easy to record, monitor and report on absence-related information, allowing you to quickly identify and address issues. Youll be able to track a wide range of absences, such as sickness, jury service and time off for appointments. Inbuilt analytics automatically generate graphical reports that let you review a wide range of absence-related information; from missing medical certificates to patterns of absence, for example by sickness type, organisation unit, dates or days taken (e.g. Bradford Factor). Managing holiday entitlements is easier too. Once youve defined your holiday plans, the system automatically calculates pro-rata entitlements based on start dates, working hours and working patterns, as well as your own rules about carry over or entitlements based on length of service. At the end of the holiday year, a batch process automatically carries forward accrued holiday time based on the rules youve specified. It will save you a huge amount of time - and help ensure that you stay legally compliant too.

You can use a wide variety of search options (for example: starts with, contains, before, after, between), and once you have the results you want, you can save your query for future personal use, share it with others in the business or export the results into Microsoft Excel for further analysis.

You can add new users to the system whenever you want to and define security roles, options and password rules. A full login history is maintained, so youll be able to check whos been accessing the system should you need to.

In the real world, we often have to juggle different activities or work with multiple records at the same time. Cezanne OnDemand makes this easier too. For example, the system maintains a list of screens visited during the current work session, allowing you to navigate back to them with a single click. You can have multiple work areas open at the same time and move between different parts of the system without losing any of your information or having to log on to the system again. Its a real benefit if you need to check an absence plan or run a query, while you are still in the middle of another activity.
