Holiday and other absence requests are automatically routed to line manager for approval, and alerts can be set up to send notifications to the relevant people of upcoming events, whether thats the end of a probation period, the start of someones holiday or a new joiner.

Cezanne OnDemand has been designed to be set up and managed by you - the user. Well provide you with initial training to help you understand how Cezanne OnDemand works and how best to set it up - and then its over to you. Youll be able to define your organisation structure, set up your data, manage users, configure picklists and add your working patterns, absence plans and more. You can add new users to the system whenever you want to and define security roles, options and password rules. A full login history is maintained, so youll be able to check whos been accessing the system should you need to.
