Getting the message across: Learn communication skill, facilitating a small group, providing an opportunity to demonstrate questioning and listening skills, management of the group, giving instructions and debriefing skills. Putting it all together: L earn how to develop a session plan. Using the tools of training: Learn the use of resources. Did training make a difference?
