Nowadays, every person who enters the university must face many problems. For instance, the students faced financial problem, wifi problem, add-drop system problem, choosing the meeting place for group assignment problem and so on. But I would like to choose one of the problem listed just now which is choosing the meeting place to discuss the group assignment as one of the problem that always occur in university. As we all know that every student in the class must involve in group discussion or group assignment. Usually, the number of person in one group is three to five persons. So we have to think wisely if we want to choose the group members as our group assignment members. This is because every students stay at different residential college. If the members of the group come from different residential college, this will make it difficult for us to make the meeting. If the group members stay at the same college, it will not cause a lot of problem to meet up each other. On the other hand, for the group assignment which has the members from different college must find the alternative solution to solve the problem. One of the alternative solutions is by using the technology tools such as Facebook application as one of the medium communication among each other. As we can see that Facebook is a social utility that connects people with friends and others who work, study and live around them. Many people use Facebook to keep up with friends and relatives. By using Facebook application, it also can connect us with distant relatives who have not connected for a long time. Thus, we can foster closer relationship among each other. Based on the problem occur in group assignment, the students should use this Facebook application as medium of communication among the team members. This is because it is the easiest way to communicate to each group members other than using mobile phone device. Furthermore, the advantages of using this application are we can save money for not to pay the fare and we also can save time to reach at the meeting place. What we are going to do is by creating a group in Facebook and invite all the group members to that group. All the discussions regarding with the assignment will be done in that group page. If the group members have any idea to share, they can post to Facebook group so that all the members will know what is going on to happen. Moreover, it is easy to the team leader not to explain to the other members for several times. In conclusion, it is easy for us to discuss in social network website without having a meeting outside. Besides that, the students can also use WhatsApp, WeChat application and other applications as one of the medium communication to do the discussion. As we can see that

nowadays there are a lot of advanced technologies are introduced to the community. As we all know we also can create the group by using these applications. The group discussion may works smoothly. Furthermore, all the technologies are only at the fingertips. So, we can access a variety of applications no matter where we are. There a lot of advantages of having the technology tools to the people. This is because it does not burden the students to complete the assignments given. Moreover, they are also able to complete the assignments on time. With the advent of advanced technology, the students have no reasons to complete the assignments. Apart from that, by doing the discussion in Facebook group, we can make it as a proof that we are doing the assignments. It is also easy for us to detect who is free rider and have sleeping partner in the group. In a nutshell, having a discussion in a social network website is easier than meeting face to face with the group members outside. This is because we can save the cost and time o get there. We are only has to login the Facebook and do the discussion on the spot with the group members. This is the only way for the student who stays at different residential college to communicate with the group members in order to complete their assignments. Thus, this technology tool gives many benefits to the people.
