Q: Can I tell anyone my PIN number? A: No. Your PIN keeps your account secure so you must never reveal it to anyone. To be extra safe, make sure you never write it down, and you should never reveal it when you purchase online, over the phone or by post.
Q: Can I use my Chip & PIN Card abroad? A: Chip & PIN is quickly becoming an accepted form of payment worldwide so you are likely to be able to use it in many countries you may visit. So do make sure you can remember your PIN - you may not be able to make purchases without it.
Q: What if my PIN gets locked? A: If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times your Card will become locked out. This is to protect you in case your Card is lost or stolen and someone else is trying to use it. To unlock your Card call us on 8002288.
Step 2 Buy Choose the item you would like to buy and take it to the till.
Step 3 Insert The cashier will ask you to insert your Card into the Point of Sale device at the till.
Step 4 Enter PIN Enter your PIN and wait for an OK to appear on the screen.

You can use your new ADIB Covered Card anywhere you see the Visa payWave symbol worldwide. Just wave your Card in front of a Visa payWave terminal and your transaction will be complete without needing to sign or enter your PIN. Great for small-value purchases (under AED 200) like coffee or when you are in a rush. When you reach a total limit of more than AED 550 of contactless transactions, you will be asked to do a normal Chip & PIN transaction So wave goodbye to cash and say hello to fast, easy, safe payments!
Three easy steps to using your Visa payWave Card: Step 1 Look out for this symbol at the till Step 2 Hold your Visa payWave card in front of the secure reader. The display will indicate that the transaction has been processed. Step 3 Collect your items and go. If you want a receipt, just ask.

Repayment Methods
Payment at Exchange Houses Settle your Card bill at over 250 partner locations! You can settle your due amount at any UAE Exchange, Al Fardan Exchange, Al Ansari Exchange or Arablink Exchange branches located across the UAE. All you have to do is bring your ADIB Etisalat Card with you. Payment at ADIB Branches You can make payments at over 70+ ADIB branches located across the seven Emirates. ADIB Cash & Check Deposit Machines (CCDM) Visit any ADIB CCDM 24 hours a day to settle your Card Payments. Payment through e-ADIB Internet Banking If your are an ADIB current or savings account holder, you can make Card payments through the e-ADIB Internet Banking Card Payment section. Use this option to view details of each of your Cards, including transaction histories. Payment through Telephone Banking If you are an ADIB current or savings account holder, call 800 2288 to register for telephone banking. You can then transfer funds from your account to your Card within minutes. *161# USSD Messaging service You can settle your Card statement just by dialing *161#. Register now by calling 800-2288.
