Yup little UFOs driven by little alien finger puppets!

! The problem was that the aliens needed a seat on which to sit when they were navigating their vehicles and not on somebody s finger! "o that is where the wooden dowel comes in! #t first$ % considered &ust cutting a hole into the bottom of the container$ but since % am not a carpenter$ % figured the edges would be too sharp to ris' putting a human finger through the bottom! (ut now the aliens can be seated while they navigate and be removed to be played with!

)ow % have two little UFOs with aliens flying around my crochet lab! %t is tough enough to wor' here without that distraction so of course % am going to have a giveaway for these little guys! There is a disclaimer though the plastic containers are pretty fragile! They can be opened very delicately! (ut they can crac' and need to be handled with care! % cannot be responsible for that since % did not ma'e the containers! #lso$ as % mentioned$ % am not a carpenter and although % did lightly sand the dowels$ it is possible that they could snag or splinter$ so % would not recommend the UFO as a plaything more li'e &ust a display bo* for the aliens! The aliens$ on the other hand$ are made with acrylic yarn$ polyester fiberfill$ and felt eyes

which are sewn on$ so those are probably fine for little people!

"o the way this contest will wor' is that all the people who commented on the Tomato +ontainer +hallenge post will get to comment twice ,-eter -ar'our$ #nnebella$ and .elanie this means you/! .ac(ros gets to comment three times since he was thin'ing along the same lines as me when he suggested that the containers loo'ed li'e UFOs! #nyone else who wants to$ may comment once! There are two UFOs so there will be two winners! +omments number 01 and 10 will be winners! % will also be posting a lin' to this contest at the .ad +rochet 2ab faceboo' page! +ontest ends on .onday$ 3une 3uly 14 so % can start preparing myself for my cra5y crochet challenge! -lease remember that the comments will be in moderation so it will appear that there are no comments on the post during the contest! )ow you 'now the drill and can start commenting!
