project estimate clients liability is only to the extent of the cost quoted for the completed stage of the project. however in such event offshoreitsolutions will reserve and own the commercial rights of all designs proposed. offshoreitsolutions will furnish required banking details as per clients desire for mode of payments. terms and condition at most, 3 iterations of the final concept selected. all further iterations will be billed extra. the stage wise costs will be payable as detailed belowinstalment 1 400$ payable as mobilisation advance instalment 2 600$ payable at start of stage 2 instalment 3 600$ payable at end of stage 2 completion of each stage will be marked by a formal approval, in written, by the client, which shall be held final and binding except in the most extenuating circumstances. any delay in project caused by clients negligence, untimely response and/ or misinformation, offshoreitsolutions will not be held liable for the same. in case of delayed payment 2% interest will charged on the pending amount per month. for any clarifications please email us at accounts@offshoreitsolutions.net or call us on the numbers given below. this estimate, and its terms are valid for a period of 7 working days from the date on the covering letter
