Introduction
New Dimension Racing reserve the right to charge entry fees as it deems necessary to
support the continued operations of the organization. These are to be assessed according to
the procedures in this document. The fees shall be collected by the Chief Race Administrator,
who will handle all finances of the team. Monies collected shall be directed towards
organization operations first and foremost, then to minor allowances for team members, with
priority to those members who have already made personal expenditures to support the
team, then to fund possible prizes for the series run by New Dimension Racing. Should there
be no outstanding personal expenditures to issue allowances for, the priority shifts to prize
funds over money to members.

Terms of Fees
Entry fees shall not be used for the LFS Beginner’s Cup. Entry fees may be charged for other
events as deemed fit. Entry fees may be made either optional or compulsory. Optional entry
fees are requested to be paid if the means exist, but entry will not be denied for failing to pay
an optional entry fee. Administrator discretion may be used to override event participation
denial in the event of failure to pay a compulsory entry fee. Fees shall be collected via a PayPal
interface on the New Dimension Racing website. An accurate record of all collections an
expenditures shall be kept.

Schedule of Fees
The following table lists how fees will be assessed for leagues run by New Dimension Racing.
Fees will not exceed £5 per driver per race. All units are in GBP. Discounts will be offered for
multiple fee payments. Every fourth event that you participate and pay the fee in will see the
entry fee waived, regardless of being optional or compulsory. The fee waiver is on a specific
driver basis,not team basis.
