announced today that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with A-1
Limousine of Princeton, New Jersey.

Bucharest, Romania, October 15, 2009 -- idrive Monitoring Systems SRL a subsidiary
of Solutions Group, Inc., (SOLU.PK) announces their new relationship with A-1
Limousine services and their first $100,000 plus commitment to purchase of the
idrive�s X1 Video Event Recorder.

announced today that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with A-1
Limousine of Princeton, New Jersey. Under the agreement, A-1 will purchase 240
units of idrive�s X1 Video Event Recorder and supporting hardware and software.
The agreement calls for the sale to close in the fourth quarter and is valued at
more than $120,000.

�After recently announcing that it is moving forward with its first production
run, idrive is now announcing it first sale. The sale for over $120,000 is the
first of many to come. At the TLPA (Taxicab, Limousine and Paratransit
Association) show in Las Vegas, idrive was very successful in drawing attention to
its products and is pursuing several other large sales to be announced soon,�
