Diploma in Computer Studies / Computer Science / or minimum of 2 years working experience in IT ( preferably software and hardware applications) Ability to work independently and in team Knowledge of computer hardware, server, data communication network.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS 1. 2.

React to any trouble shooting errors address by the staff. Maintain on the data communications network and back-up data on Exact and SAW System in daily basis.

Monitors system-processing activities by observing computer console, peripherals, input, and output to ensure maximum throughput of data.

Performs testing on equipment, including running computer programs to diagnose faults and suggest solutions to avoid downtime in the production line.

5.

Performs equipment repair, builds cables, replace board and components to identify or remedy failures.

6.

Performs all functions required to prepare and install computers and related equipment, including connections to the data communications network.

Assists in preparation and installation of software and peripheral devices. Assists in the diagnosis and resolution of software problems. Prepares and coordinates sending equipment out for repair. Evaluates requests for computer services, develops alternate proposals, and recommends new applications..

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for introduction and implementation of Quality Measures within their scope of business responsibility towards customers (internal & external).
