Your provisional reservation will only be held for 7 days. Please, therefore, send your booking form and deposit promptly to avoid disappointment. On receipt, a confirmation will be emailed (or posted on request). At a later date you will receive a reminder that the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. DEPOSITS The non-refundable deposit due now is 30% of the full rental. A refundable security deposit of 100 is payable with the balance. This security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your stay assuming the accommodation has been left in the same good order as it was handed over, and without damage.

They form the basis of a contract between the owners of the property and me.
