Quick guide
KUNAL BAGGA
CHASSIS:
The main frame of the robot which holds the motor, wheels, receiver circuit (in Wireless RC Car) and the batteries is the Chassis. Chassis can be made out of: Wood Plastic Metal (Available ready-made) Plastic pipes
BATTERY:
For supplying power to the RC car, rechargeable batteries are usually the best ones. Ideally 12V 1.3Ah Rechargeable battery is used.
MOTORS:
For a remote control car, we normally use geared DC motors. Motors should be of around 300-500 rpm and is available for around 160 INR.
WHEELS:
For the movement of RC Car.
Pass motor wires from the small hole provided on top of chassis. Note: Arrangement for attaching motors would be there in ready-made chassis only. For others you can attach motors using Pipe, Clamps, Cello tape (with strong glue), etc. After attaching motors, attach wheels. Bolt the small screw on it into the hole on the shaft of the motor.
Step 2: Remote
Ready-made remote box is available in the market or else you can make your own remote using any plastic box available in your home. Fix DPDT on the remote box.

Note: The length of wires from the motor terminal to the DPDT switch should be as per requirement.

Note: If you dont get the desired movement on pressing the DPDT switch, just interchange the polarities of either the battery or motor on DPDT.
