Dear Thirtyonederfuls! We LOVEd February and now we are ready for some March madness and MOMENTUM! Lets build up speed in our Thirty-One business that we keep us booking, selling and recruiting strong through the remainder of Spring and into the Summer! Think about your monthly budget.do you pay for a housekeeper? Or would you like to? Do you pay for dance lessons for your daughter or soccer for your son? Maybe you have a high schooler who is researching colleges or you want to help them purchase their first car or pay their car insurance? Now, think about what YOU would do with an extra $500 every month? Seriously.what would you do with that money? Would it help you with any of the things listed above? Allow you to pay off some pesky credit card debt? YOU can contribute monetarily to your family income! Your dream can be a reality! HOW? By hosting a Thirty-One party! Not only will you be sharing our amazing products with others, rewarding hostesses with FREE products, but YOU will be earning money to achieve YOUR dreams! So, lets break it downas a consultant, you receive 25% commission on everything you sell. So, if you have personal volume of $1000 in a given month, you will earn $250. If you have personal volume of $1500 in a given month, you will earn $375. If you have personal volume of $2000 in a given month, you will earn $500! The average Thirty-One party is about $500. So, having $1000 in personal volume is only holding TWO home parties per month.TWO! Thats it!?!?!?!? To earn $500 in commission, you need to hold FOUR parties per month.that is just ONE PER WEEK! That is less than a part time job and WAY more fun! So, lets get our ASK in gear and start asking our friends, relatives, customers, neighbors, acquaintances, previous hostesses, etc. to host a super FUN Thirty-One party! The worse thing that can happen is that they can say no and you will be exactly where you started. But, I promise you this.keep ASKING because once you get your ASK in gear , then those YESes will start rolling in and YOU will be on your way to achieving your dreams! WOOoOO HooOOO!

The single most important thing for any business is the att it ude of the LEADER. In direct sales, you are your own CEO. When I worked in the corporate world if the company had a leader with a poor att it ude, it traveled all the way down through the ranks. Whatever your att it ude is, it will project down to your clients or customers. Do you project a needy att it ude or an att it ude of a leader? * When some one says a definit ive no, do you keep asking? * Have you ever said do a show or buy a product or join my opport unity for me * Have you ever said come on you owe me one! * Have you ever tricked someone into buying your product, joining your opport unity, scheduling a show or demonstrat ion of your product or services? * Are you frequent ly persuading people to do business with you? * Do you worry about compet it ion? * Are you always hoping for another booking or that last sale or signing the golden sales rep to your team? If you answered yes to more than one of the above quest ions, then chances are you are operat ing from a need based mentality as opposed to the point of a leader. Needers convince, Leaders qualify. Needers persuade, Leaders sort. Neaders trick, Leaders attract. Needers say easy, Leaders say it takes work and may be hard. Needers have fear, leaders have determinat ion and commitment. Needers focus on lack or what they do not have, Leaders focus on posit ive and grat it ude. Neaders hope that things will go their way, Leaders have convict ion. Needers give and take, Leaders give and receive. Needers worry about compet it ion, leaders use collaborat ion. Needers say I cant, Leaders say how can i.

When you have the att it ude of success, you will attract all the business you need. Stay focused on the things that are good in your life and your business and you will be able to give and receive. Collaborate with other network marketers in your company and in other companies. Collaborat ion compounds your posit ive results. Always look for the solut ion rather than the problem. A success based att it ude will guarantee your success! When you have a success att it ude, the att it ude of a leader, you will attract the forces necessary to achieve your goals.
