Exemptions
A student is exempt from the requirement to have a formal English Language qualication if s/he has studied for a rst degree in the English language medium, or has passed one of the following: 2 GCE A Levels validated in the UK IB Diploma taught in English ABE Advanced Diploma NCC Advanced Diploma

Formal English Language Tests

A student with IELTS 5.5 (or equivalent) who takes a 6 week intensive summer course, may progress directly to the substantive degree programme on successful completion of that course * note; there are a few courses that require higher levels of English these will be specied.
