Velocidade Nominal nN A velocidade nominal a rotao do eixo do motor, alimentado com tenso nominal no ponto de torque nominal. Sentido de rotao Em relao ao sentido de rotao, as especificaes aplicam-se quando se olha para o eixo do motor. Em casos onde existam dois eixos, o eixo oposto ao coletor o que determina a direo da rotao. Curvas caractersticas
Uma reta vertical traada atravs do ponto de funcionamento de MN igual a 4 N.m, perpendicular em relao ao eixo do torque. Os pontos de interseco desta linha reta com as outras curvas resultam nos dados de operao: a velocidade nominal nN, corrente nominal IN, potencia de sada P2N e eficincia hN. A curva de rendimento h deve orientar a aplicao para casos de motores cuja aplicao exija durao de carga e condio de ventilao limitadas, nestes casos, recomenda-se o uso do motor sob cargas localizadas na regio de ascenso da curva de eficincia. No caso de motores de duas velocidades as curvas de linha cheia representam a primeira velocidade e as tracejada segunda velocidade. 2. Instrues para baixa voltagem Estas instrues devem ser aplicadas a todos os motores eltricos de voltagem nominal limite de 75 V DC e 50 V AC e maiores. Uma vez que os motores eltricos listados neste catlogo so projetados para voltagens nominais de at 24 V, eles tambm devem cumprir estas instrues. 3. Instrues EMC Estas instrues se aplicam a todos os dispositivos, fbricas e sistemas eltricos e eletrnicos. Entretanto, estas instrues tambm se aplicam a componentes complexos tais como motores eltricos, mas somente se eles estiverem livremente disponveis ao pblico em geral. Os motores eltricos listados neste catlogo so fornecidos exclusivamente como peas de fornecedor e de reposio e, conforme seo 5 da Lei EMC, no necessitam ser acompanhadas do smbolo CE. Os valores limite para propagao e emisso de interferncia de alta freqncia so definidos em EN 55 014 da Lei EMC. Pelas razes mencionadas acima, os motores eltricos Bosch nunca precisam levar o smbolo CE. Favor entrar em contato conosco caso haja dvidas em relao a pedidos para sua aplicao em particular.

De acordo com as instrues EC, um smbolo CE deve acompanhar todas as mquinas, dispositivos e sistemas eltricos produzidos, importados e comercializados dentro da Unio Europia. As instrues EC incluem as seguintes instrues individuais relevantes para usurios de motores. 1. Instrues sobre a mquina Estas instrues aplicam-se a mquinas em funcionamento independente ou interconexo de mquinas para se formar sistemas. Entretanto, no se aplicam a componentes das mquinas, por exemplo, unidades de controles eltricos ou motores eltricos que no tm funcionamento independente. A mquina completa e a fbrica devem sempre seguir as instrues.

Se uma corrente IS passa atravs de um chip, uma tenso Hall UH gerada transversalmente direo da corrente. O valor da tenso gerada proporcional ao campo magntico B (perpendicular a corrente IS) e a corrente IS. A tenso Hall UH descrita pela equao:

Aplicao do efeito hall em motores de corrente continua (CC) Atravs da contagem de pulsos gerados pela tenso de sada, possvel determinar o nmero de rotao e consequentemente a velocidade. Velocidad Nominal nN La velocidad nominal es la rotacin del eje del motor, alimentado con tensin nominal en el punto de torque nominal. Sentido de rotacin Con relacin al sentido de rotacin, las especificaciones se aplican cuando se ve el eje del motor. En los casos donde existan dos ejes, el eje opuesto al colector es el que determina la direccin de la rotacin. Valores de cortocircuito La corriente IK es la corriente de entrada del motor en caso de un cortocircuito, por ejemplo, en el caso de trabamiento del motor. El torque mximo MK es efectivo en caso de cortocircuito.

Montaje Montaje de la carcaza: Esto se efecta mediante el uso de tornillos en la carcaza, o en la caja de reduccin. En el caso de los ventiladores, esto tambin se hace por uso de tornillos en el motor o en el anillo defletor de aire. Montaje del flange: el escudo en la parte anterior del motor posee un flange con dos o tres orificios, o hay tres o cuatro agujeros en el lado posterior destinados al montaje.

Curvas caractersticas
Una recta vertical es trazada en el punto de funcionamiento de MN igual a 4 N.m perpendicular con relacin al eje del torque. Los puntos de interseccin de esta lnea recta con las otras curvas se obtendrn como resultado los datos de operacin: velocidad nominal nN, corriente nominal IN, potencia de salida P2N y eficiencia hN. La curva de rendimiento h orienta la aplicacin de los motores cuya aplicacin requieran de una duracin de carga y condiciones de ventilacin limitadas, en estos casos, se recomienda el uso de motores de baja carga localizadas en la regin de subida de la curva de eficiencia. Para el caso de motores de dos velocidades, las curvas de lneas continuas representan la primera velocidad y las entrecortadas representan la segunda velocidad. Si una corriente IS pasa a travs de un chip, una tensin Hall UH es generada de forma transversal en sentido de la corriente. El valor de la tensin generada es proporcional al campo magntico B (perpendicular a la corriente IS) y la corriente IS. La tensin Hall UH es descrita mediante la siguiente ecuacin:

If a current IS flows through a chip, a Hall voltage UH is generated transverse to the direction of the current, the size of which is proportional to the magnetic induction B (vertical to IS) and the current IS. The Hall voltage UH is made up of:

Since the resulting Hall voltages are extremely small, they are amplified. When using silicon Hall elements, the circuit for signal processing (e.g. a Schmitt trigger with subsequent driver) are integrated directly onto the same chip. This component is then designated a Hall-IC. The output is a transistor with open collector, with which a switching function is realized. Permanently connected to the armature shaft is a magnetic ring, the magnetic field of which permeates the Hall element. When the armature shaft rotates, the magnetomotiveforce direction in the Hall element changes. The output transistor is then either switched through or open.

Hall-effect applications in D.C. motors By counting the generated output-voltage pulses, one can determine the number of rota tions and thus the speed. If the rotational motion is converted into a linear motion, it then becomes p ossible to monitor the adjustment travel exactly. If there are two Hall generators installed offset to each other at a specific angle in a motor, then the direction of rotation can also be determined.
